Q-1:

What is the meaning and significance of religion in our lives?

A-1:

Religion is an English term, which usually translates into Mazhab in both Urdu and Iranian languages.

The Qur’an declares unequivocally; religion is a human innovation, which Allah has not recommended to the humankind for attaining His proximity.

The Qur’an, however, condemns all types religions and ‘ism’ starting with mysticism, Sufism, monasticism, anchorites and religious celibacy as a procedure, a path or a way to achieve the propinquity of Allah, in the verse 57:27:

The monkery, asceticism and celibacy are the self-imposed and promoted ways to gain the proximity of Allah. We never stipulated that approach for them, which they made up on their own to seek Allah’s pleasure, but they could not uphold it, as it should be followed. ’

In the verse 9:34, the Qur’an says, these religious leaders constitute the main firewall in the propagation of Allah’s Message.

‘A good many of these Mullahs, monks, dervishes, peers, mystics, religious scholars, Imams, Muftis, Shiekh-ul-Ahadith, Sheikh-ul-Qur’an and Islamic Ulamas deceive innocent people in the name of Allah.’

To satisfy their hunger for collecting money, through alms, handouts and donations for their personal use, they thoroughly prepare themselves on the eve of every Islamic festival. People are beseeched, implored and begged for Fatrana, Khairat, Sadaqat and Zakah, first thing in the morning of Eid-ul-Fitar and Eid-ul-Adha. The same procedure is followed during the whole month of Ramadan. Other festive occasions like Eid-e-Meeladdun-Nabi witness the repetition of the same process. These money-hungry monsters never give up and constantly beg for money each week in Jumma gatherings.

.

The Qur’an has used the terms Al -Ahbaar , Al- Ruhban  and Rahbaaniat  for these kinds of religions and their preachers.

The term Al - Habbar identifies religious leaders, who tell all kinds of lies to their followers to devour their hard earned money for their personal comfort, satisfaction, and false honor. To appease their lust for power and greed for riches, they set aside the human friendly message of Allah embodied in the Qur’an, and clean to the bones the carcasses of their ignorant, but naive followers, like ravenous vultures. They misinterpreted the straightforward charter of the last revelation for the caliphs and monarchs to strengthen their grip on power, for personal gains. To confuse the Ummah they coined new religious terms, which are non-existent in the Qur’an like five pillars of Al-Deen. On top of that, they invented new meanings of the terms such as Salah, and on basis of that they introduced a new ritual Nimaz [an Iranian word], which was never practiced in the time of the last messenger of Allah and his honorable companions. Since the creation of this wicked diversion, the Ummah has lost its sense of direction and is doing supplication five times a day, instead of establishing a government based upon the constitution of the Qur’an. What a pity? [5:62]

The term Al- Ruhban  or Rahbaaniat  identifies all kinds of birds, besides the birds of prey. It also signifies parasitic monkery and asceticism producing devotees of a particular religion, who do nothing except following the strict schedule of their religion like Christian nuns, Muslim Malangs and Malangnies. The term Rahabnyyat  also carries the sense of scared living, under the umbrella of God’s fear. The lives of saints or nuns, who live like hermits presents an representation of it. From the Islamic standpoint, Rahabnyyat  means to destroy the original message of Allah by adding totally irrelevant concepts in there or, changing the meanings of the Qur’anic terms.

It is evident from the above verse that Allah is not the creator of any religion. The original message of the terms Al -Ahbaar and Al- Ruhban  does an expose` of all types of religious classifications existing in the 21st century like, Mullahs, monks, dervishes, peers, mystics, religious scholars, Imams, Muftis, Shiekh-ul-Ahadith, Sheikh-ul-Qur’an and Islamic Ulamas, They all deceive naïve and ignorant people in the name of religion, constantly scaring them with the horror of Allah.

I have received hundred of emails, mostly from the representatives of the highly sensitive younger generation, against the prevalent Islamic religion. I am presenting here just one email, to give an idea to the Muslims in general and the parents in particular, how the concept of Mazhab is wrecking young minds and what horrible damage it is doing to the upcoming generation.

Following are his comments representing his impression of the various factions, within the Islamic religion:

·        They would make the world in their own image, if given the opportunity.

·        They don't give individuals the right of choice.

·        They make references of a supreme being, as a person or a thing, yet equate a lesser person or power in its place.

·        They are sexist and racist and believe their creator is the only true creator.

·        They believe in their own politics and own sciences to which there is no rational explanation.

·        They view history in their own way and not the way it was written.

·        They tend to put themselves above the god(s) that created them, even though they don’t mean to, but they still are doing it.

·        They distort and warp reality and facts that simply don’t come together.

·        They assume an afterlife, as if they have been already there and have come back after visiting it.

·        They destroy in the name of whatever and whenever, when the message doesn’t even correlate to the meanings.

·        They use and or abuse their own ideologies or methodologies for personal agendas and gains.

·        They sell their own souls to the very thing they seem reluctant to save mankind from.

·        They seem very sure that their religion was delivered or is a miracle of god(s), yet the facts state otherwise.

·        The truth is too warped to make heads or tales on any authenticity and all major religions still struggle for such a devoted people.

·        They steal and borrow fiction off of other religions or ancient civilizations.

·        They are nothing more than fiction, a way of control, duty, organization, customs, rituals and none of which deals with nor talks about god(s) unless its to pray to it, a type of mind control, if you ask me.

·        They are worse than the most dangerous narcotics/hallucinogens and have a record number for suicides and or devoted sheep willing to accept without thought.

·        They are meant for idiots who want togetherness, a sense of family, being renown or having origins, you can share with a bar buddy.

·        The bottom line is, they simply don't make any sense what so ever, so why do people continue along this path still baffles my mind. Religions have been and are the soul problems of this world.

·        What do I believe!!!

·        I believe in spirituality, because it is a universal system and a personal choice.

·        I believe spirituality answers more direct questions that we seem to argue or fight about.

·        I believe spirituality to be an inner journey of ones understanding of the unknown.

·        I believe god is a state of organization and not a person or being(s) it is everything and nothing.

·        I believe the true journey lies through oneself to understand oneself and the world around him is to know the divine presence.

·        I believe in no person or kin to the height of any supreme being, if any.

·        I believe in only the natural system of balance that exists in place, since the start of time.

·        I believe living life is truth enough and that life and death are one and the same; its how you live that matters.

·        I believe people think too much or not enough, when it comes to accepting and understanding with time and patience.

·        I don't believe in perfection; we are simply too arrogant and proof enough, and always fight between mediums with how to interpret existence or measure it.

·        I’m convinced, we nor aliens created existence for such a vast ocean; a greater influence must exist one that is above the fundamentals of what we conceive; yet is everything that is.

·        Spirituality isn’t focused or influenced by minds or history; it is a self-devotion to understanding ones part or ones understanding of the whole.

·        Spirituality is not a religion; it is a personal area of understanding existence. There are no rituals or duties to fulfill. It is universal concept or tool, if you like a way of understanding.

·        Spirituality does deny nor condemn individuals of spirituality or how they approach it.

·        Spirituality is not a book sent by god or people. It is a human made system to understand the universal system through both rational and irrational mind set.

·        Spirituality does not tell you how to live your life. "SPIRITUALITY" is just a word and nothing more. No one owns it, but everyone may use it for personal understanding. You develop the tool by approaching existence, with your own way of life. You are here to influence yourself not others, because life is a personal journey, as is to understand it.

It is not very difficult to understand what kind, and extent of mental aberration the writer of the above ‘definitions’ is suffering from. There are millions like him, who need to know the real Al-Deen, for saving themselves from going totally berserk.

A comparison between AL- DEEN , Religion or Madhabb, and Man-Made Systems is presented below:

In contrast to the term religion, the Qur’an has incorporated the concept of Al-Deen. It means Divine Social Order, which is applicable, universally, for all times to come. It is not just a matter of faith, but also that of truth and reality. Its proper implementation ensures prosperity and security of the individual and the society. Every person is free to pursue its line of action, remaining within the norms of the social system, and resultantly, sky is the limit.

THE MEANING OF THE WORD AL- DEEN

The term AL- Deen has roots Dal, Ya and Noon. Ostensible religious scholars commonly translate the word Al-Deen in English, as religion. This translation is a contemptible absurdity, which severely distorts the real significance and pertinent connotation of Al-Deen.

According to the Qur’an, Islam is ‘Al-Deen which denotes in clear-cut terms, a code for humans, a specific social system, a distinct polity, an administration, a form of government, and to top it all off, a constitution for the Islamic state, prescribed by Allah, Who possesses absolute power and authority to impose human rights and obligations. According to Al-Deen the ultimate sovereignty rests with Allah only, which is implemented or, put into practice, through His book. In an Islamic State, people act like a well-knit outfit to enforce the commandments, encoded in the Qur’an. In this setup, the usual concept of rulers and the ruled does not exist. There are no political parties working against each other. The joke of opposition in a democratic systems, which is duty bound to oppose the party in power, whether it’s doing right or wrong, is considered outrageous under the Islamic system of administration. This Al- Deen revealed by Allah to Mohammed, would triumph all over the world, because under this form of government, every member of the social setup works for it and not against it. The concerted effort of every individual, within the framework of a given community means much better outcome, as compared to the best democracy in action.

In the text of the Qur’an, the word ‘Mazhab’ or any other term carrying similar sense is non-existent. Literally, it means a path or a passage prepared by humans, whereas ‘Deen’ is a code, a set of laws or, a system coming directly from Allah, through his Messengers, in the written form. Multi-party democracy actually works for the party leaders, who have different goals, along with personal ambitions and the members of a particular party always support the party policy, though it may be downright stupid. Politics, and especially party politics is a dirty concept, and it has nothing to do with   ‘Deen, ’which promotes complete harmony among the people. There is no role for a permanent opposition, but in tackling problems, on daily basis, consensus of opinion can be developed through mutual consultation at all levels of the government and private organizations.

In fact, Al-Deenunites people instead of dividing them into watertight compartment. That’s the reason it does not promote parties or sects.    Religion or Mazhab, on the other hand, splits people up into all kinds of divisions, known as religious sects, and the theocratic leaders promote it to fulfill their personal aspirations. The Qur’an declares without any reservation, that whoever promotes or, indulges in creating sectarian philosophy within the realm of Al-Deen is a confirmed ‘Mushrik.

Sects have been created by humans and not by Allah. Unfortunately, Muslims quit practicing ‘Al-Deen over a millennium ago, which was presented by Mohammed to the entire humanity for its betterment, in this world and in the hereafter. ‘Mazhab’ Islam is in force, which is defeating the very purpose for which Al-Deen was revealed to the last Messenger of Allah.

Invariably, the Muslim clergy of the world has no plans to revive Al-Deenand is trying its level best to ride the bandwagon of democracy. Their politico-religious parties find it the easiest way to accumulate riches, and gain access to the corridors of power. For them Al-Deen is dead and they are ripping off its carcass like vultures. That’s the reason they are promoting the formation of political parties, and in Pakistan their number is over 70. Legislated laws overrule Allah’s Al-Deen, and the Muslim priesthood and the ignorant Ummah practice ‘Mazhab’ Islam, composed of numerous rituals, which lack authoritative confirmation of the Qur’an.  The Qur’an has used the word Al-Deen, 79 times in various verses, where it carries the following meanings:

Power, supremacy, sovereignty, authority, and rule of law, all provided in the given constitution. It also means a definite form of government, an expected result, reward, and punishment. It also connotes obedience, submission, allegiance, accountability, judgment, and a plan of action or, some kind of a habit.

In the verse (3:19), Allah declares that Al-Deen is the only system of government stipulated by Islam.

‘Surely, Islam is the only Al-Deen or divine social system stipulated by Allah for the entire humanity. The earlier Messengers also received the same charter, but upon their passing away, their followers rebelled against the established divine order, and concealed its truth with mendacity. Personal differences appeared among them because of the lust for power and greed for riches, but Allah’s laws of retribution and accountability, swiftly, took them to the task.’

To sum up the above discussion, a declaration is being made, that the Qur’an does not offer any religion, together with its associated rituals. On the contrary, it offers the divine social order or, a constitution for forming a government without the classification of rulers and the ruled. Legislated codes clearly defy Allah’s charter of rights and obligations, and for the Muslims to create and follow such rules tantamount to straightforward Shirk, a grave and punishable offence, as per Allah’s Penal Code.

Q-2:

What does the word ‘Salat’ mean in verses ( 17 : 78 Al Isra) (2:238 Al Baqrah), (11:114 Hud), (62: 9,10 Al Jumu’ah) (4: 101–104 An-Nisa). Do they indicate the prayer and timings, as most Muslims understand it today?

 A-2:

MEANING OF THE TERM SALAH or SALAT :

In the literal sense, the word Sallat or Sallah identifies the middle part [in between shoulders and the small of the back] of a human or a four-legged animal.

The word Musalli indicates a center for carrying out divine commands or, a focal point for conducting all possible activities in order to establish a government as per the constitution of the Qur’an.

This term Musalli does pinpoint a racecourse, where men and animals put their best-combined efforts to be the winners.

Additionally, Al-musalli identifies the second best horse that stays very close to the winner, throughout the race.

From the above definitions of Sallat, and its derivatives, the expression   Aqeem-us-Sallat means to keep the charter of the Qur’an first and the foremost and form a government by strictly following the constitution revealed by Allah. Consequently, the word Sallat gives the clear command for establishing an administration in accordance with the commandments embodied in the Qur,an. A corollary follows that Allah’s word reigns supreme and must always be kept up-front for guidance.

The Qur’an has utilized the expression Aqim-su-Sallah or Sallat in a myriad of almost identical manifestations, a few of which are as under:

1.     To establish social and economic system presented by the Qur’an. [2:3,43,45,83,110, 153, 177]

2.     Sallat-ul Wista directs adherence to the set of family laws, provided in the Qur’an, encompassing marriage, children care, divorce, etc.  [2:238]

3.     The word Sallat is an Arabic synonym of the English word meeting. It means a get together of the people with a particular agenda, to have open and frank discussion on the topics provided. In many verses, out of various chapters, the Qur’an stresses upon the participants to be well prepared for such assemblies, and if for some reason, they think themselves not being up to the mark, they better avoid joining in, and wasting others valuable time. [4:43]

4.     In a defensive war situation being fought for the just cause, Sallat means to keep the supply lines open for the transportation of weapons and other materials, including foodstuff to the front lines. Additionally, it emphasizes upon the rotation of the troops, replacing the worn out forces with fresh contingents. [4:77,101,102,103]

5.     This word impresses upon the Muslims to be neat and clean, when attending lectures, upon various aspects of life, in terms of the Qur’an’s directives.  [5:6]

6.     Sarcastically, Sallat ridicules the people, who do not use their senses to understand this message. [5:58, 8:35]

7.     Sallat identifies the means for justly utilizing the Earth’s natural resources, in an equitable and fair manner, for the benefit of entire humanity. [8:3]

8.     Before the advent of Mohammad, Abraham, Moses, Ishmael, Ishaq Lot, Jacob and Jesus established the same system of Sallat [divine social order]. They, however, did not interpret the word Sallat to translate into a ritual of supplication [Nimaz] to be performed five times a day. [14:4;19:31;19:55; 20:14; 22:78;21:73]

9.     The term Sallat is employed in the sense of mutual discussion and consultation. [42:32]

10. In the verse referred to, Sallat carries the sense of community gathering in an emergent situation or, for regular assemblies. [62:10]

11. Shuaib, the Messenger of Allah, used the word Sallat in the sense of agricultural land reforms. [11:72]

12. The Qur’an has used the word Sallat in the meaning of mutual gatherings for discussing various community problems, with the guidance of the Qur’an. Preparing them for such occasions, the Quran advises the participants to watch their tones. They should neither be too high nor too low. Every one should understand their communication clearly. [17:110]

13. Sallat also carries the meaning of mutual appreciation and satisfaction. [9:103]

14. In a comprehensive manner, the word Sallat recognizes the immutable Physical, Chemical, and Biological Laws of Allah, which are equally applicable throughout the cosmos, and are guiding the evolutionary process in the right direction. The Qur’an utilizes the same term for identifying the strong sense of instinct prevalent in the animal kingdom, which provides all creatures guidance written in their genes by their Sustainer. [24:41]

15. Out of a total recurrence of 67 times through the text of the Qur’an, the word Sallat has appeared 51 times before the revelation of Surah Bani Israel. The Islamic priesthood claims that five daily prayers or Sallat became compulsory after the revelation of Surah Bani Israel or, after the incident of ascension. Here a question pops up, how could the Muslims dare to disregard the performance of Sallat, till the arrival of Surah Bani Israel? Conversely, how could they perform supplication before the command for this ritual was actually given? Additionally, where form they learnt the particular procedure of five prayers. Doesn’t this cock and bull story sound simply ridiculous?

16. The fact remains that five daily prayers do not constitute any part of the dynamic program of the Qur’an. The last Messenger of Allah and his steadfast companions never practiced this, out of the Qur’an, ritual. As is well known, no Messenger of Allah could ever dare to introduce any ritual, which was not an integral part of the constitution revealed to him. The Iranian conspirators or the so-called Imams introduced this outrageous practice during the Abbasid period, when they had the full support of the caliphate to destroy the real Islam.

‘O’ companions of Muhammad! [Who are struggling for the establishment of a peaceful society.] Whenever you are called for a meeting or, Sallat [the assembly time for mutually solving problems facing the community, with the guidance of the Qur’an], you should gather together promptly, quitting all of your business activities.’ [63:9]

‘O comrades of Mohammad! Who are struggling for the establishment of a peaceful society; whenever you are invited to assemble at a given time, Sallat, in order to discuss and find solutions to the ominous problems facing the community or the state, in accordance with the divine charter; forget all of your business activities and rush towards the given venue. Your attendance in such meetings is essential and of great value. Make sure! When you are called upon to get together, quit your business transactions right away and go. If you think about it cool headedly, you would realize that thorough discussions, in such meetings, would build a beneficial effect that would lead your society towards decency, prosperity and security.’

‘And when you have satisfactorily dealt with the schedule of the meeting within the specified time, Sallat, then get back to your usual routine of earning decent livelihood or, doing business, within the norms of Allah’s code. If you stick to this plan of action, rest assured, you would be progressive in all walks of life. You would definitely achieve unlimited success along with peace of mind, security, safety, happiness in the paradise you would create on this very globe.’

Note:

In the above verse, the expression  is a conditional sentence. It is telling the people; if there are no pressing problems and no meeting is called, then carry on with your personal agenda. Run your business or, do your job, as is your usual daily routine.

The second part  Youm Al- Jumah, of the above verse signifies the day, date and time fixed for the meeting. It can be any day of the week and any time of the day. No verse in the Qur’an specifies Friday or, noontime for this purpose. It is ridiculous to specify this expression for Friday prayer, especially, when supplication is not part of the Al-Deen.

The Qur’an comments in a very forceful manner, that before the advent of Islam, the people of Mecca had destroyed the real purpose of Sallat and had transformed the divine social order into a mockery of the actual system. The claim of the current Islamic countries that they are following the Sallat system, by paying five times a day, is a dirty joke with the real Sallat system, established by the Qur’an. [ 8:35]

‘Ka’bah is a symbol of dignity and honor for the oppressed and downtrodden nations of the world. As the custodian of Mecca, [Al – Quraish] were duty bound to fight for the rights of the browbeaten people and to establish the rule of the Qur’an in the entire world. They should have made their best efforts for developing a universal fraternity of all nations, irrespective of their ethnic origin, color, creed and lingo. Instead of establishing the divine social order in its real form, the guardians of Ka’bah corrupted it in the worst possible manner. They introduced open revelries for men and women to have cheap fun, wherein they participated wearing gaudy clothes with superfluous makeup. They used to sit around on silky pillows, while resting on brocade-covered cushions. The program of Sallat had been changed into some kind of a time wasting ritual. Let them face the punishment for their crimes in the from of burning hell, they have created themselves, in the form of social disorder, continuous tribal feuding, together with other moral and economic calamities.’

All contemporary expositions of the Qur’an carry the following translation of the verse 17:110.

‘You should neither ‘pray’ too loudly, nor at a very low timbre, but maintain a medium level.’

Here, the word prayer is not the appropriate translation of the expression Salat. However, sticking with the same meaning, one faces a bizarre situation. The Muslim Ummah rejects this injunction every day, as during the two prayers, namely Duha and Assar, they remain silent like a tomb, but in other three submissions, Fajar, Mughrib and Isha, their loud speakers blare at full volume, disturbing the whole neighborhood. They continue doing this without any regard for sick people and students. The latter cannot concentrate on their studies during this period of public disturbance and nuisance.

In the verse 16:89, Allah enunciates; We have clearly explained every aspect of life in the Qur’an, related to your living on this planet.

We have revealed to you this constitution, which covers, explains and elucidates every aspect of your life. Besides a source of guidance, it shows you the best way of acquiring sustenance. In fact, it brings glad tidings of peace, prosperity and security for those, who establish a government based upon this charter of rights and obligations.’

In the above verse, Allah says that the code essential to run your practical life and deal with normal everyday living is provided in the Qur’an. However, if a person asks the Islamic priests that the routine of the five daily prayers is nowhere mentioned in the last revelation, they at once come out with the typical response that one cannot find everything in the Qur’an. For the subject of five daily prayers one has to consult Ahadith and Sunnah.

This surreal and bizarre statement of the priesthood is a total falsehood, a derogatory declaration and a revolt against Allah’s proclamation  wherein Allah announces: “We have given the complete code of life for the entire humanity.”

If one further argues that, in the case of inheritance, Allah went into the details of shares for each family member and used fractions like 1/2 or 1/6. However, there is not even a passing reference about the prayers in the Book of Allah and if these are so important and provide the only ladder to the coveted Junnah [paradise] then how come Allah did not mention the following in the Qur’an:

·                    The times for prayers

·                    The names of the five prayers: Fajar, Zohar, Asar, Mugrab and Isha

·                    Why does the Qur’an not enumerate the component rakats [modules] of various prayers such as Sunnat, Fard, Nafal, Vitar?

·                    Why does the Qur’an not pinpoint the verses to be recited in each rakat of every prayer?

·                    Ata-Hyatt, an essential composition to be read before the completion of each module of prayer, is not available in the Qur’an. Who fabricated and introduced this Arabic text in the Nimaz, Slalah [prayer] and how do they dare to equate this human inscription with the language of Allah? The clergy’s simple response is usually in the form, ‘everything is available in Ahadith and Sunnah.’ However, if someone confronts them with the fact that the articles under discussion are nowhere mentioned in the sources they point out, then they have no choice but to blow their top and call such a person an infidel and a doubter of the most important sources of Islamic practice after the Qur’an.

·                 If one points out, ‘well the Farad modules of all prayers are for Allah and Sunnat components are for Mohammad,’ the Muslim priests shall gladly agree. Now, here a question pops up; the companions of Mohammad, during his lifetime, used to say Farad is for Allah, but what did they do during Sunnat? It seems illogical for the last Messenger to enunciate his own prayer. Did he use to sit in front of his praying companions while they performed the ritual in his name? Conversely, it means during Farads they bowed down to Allah, but during the performance of Sunnat, they doubled over in front of Mohammad. It is evident that along with worshipping Allah, they offered adulation to Mohammad by executing his Sunnat, but it could have never happened, as it would be tantamount to challenging Allah’s unique and exclusive position within the universe. Therefore, the Sunnat prayer constitutes an antithesis of Allah’s declaration of solitary existence [Towheed].

The term Allah –O- Akhabar is a repetitive and essential constituent of all prayers and Aazan; how come it does not appear anywhere in the Qur’an?

The Islamic priesthood comes up with a naïve or, rather ludicrous response; it is mentioned somewhere in Ahadiths or Sunnah. If they are informed about its absence even in that pile of junk, then they turn around and label the person, questioning them, as kafir. Thus, some one having the courage to ask them a simple question pertaining to the authenticity of the expression Allah –O- Akhabar, which neither exists in the Qur’an, nor in the co-called Ahadith or, Sunnah receives a certificate of defying the ‘literature’ that came into existence around 250 years after the death of Mohammad.

All Muslims sects claim that sallat or prayers, without Rakooh and Sajood, are incomplete, but all of them execute funeral prayers [non-Quranic] with out those essential elements. The Shi’ah’s begin their Wadooh or ablution from the feet, in contrast to the Sunni, who begin with the face first.

However, according to Khalifa Rashad’s followers [Moslem. Org. edited by Edip Yuksel] one can pray in the nude, in one’s own privacy. It may be all right to do so in a nudist club, because no one wears any clothes over there, and it is the most secluded spot in the entire area.

In which verse or, verses the Qur’an specifically talks about the funeral prayers, Darood-o-Salam, At-Hayyat or, the Azan. All such practices are time wasting rituals, which can never be an integral part of the dynamic charter of rights and obligations that the Qur’an presents to the entire humanity. In addition, every sect, including Shi’ah, Sunni, Isamali, Wahabi and even Khalifa Arshad’s followers in the USA, have basic differences in their mode of praying, whereas the Qur’an claims that the commandments of this book are free from conflicts.

The word Sallat has appeared 67 times in the Qur’an and at most spots, it is followed by the term Zakkat. This in simple term means, administration and fiscal management of an Islamic state. The Islamic priesthood has made a blatant violation of the Arabic lexicon and syntax, by translating Sallat into an Iranian word Nimaz. The five prayers per day is a figment of some demented mind’s imagination or, had been a deliberate attempt to derail the dynamic program of government formation under the charter of the Qur’an. This twisted introduction into the divine social order has destroyed the effectiveness of Allah’s constitution, given to the human beings for having a successful, prosperous, and secure way of living, in this world.

( 17 : 78 Al Isra) (2:238 Al Baqrah), (11:114 Hud), (62: 9,10 Al Jumu’ah)(4: 101 – 104 An-Nisa)

Be consistent in your lectures and the follow-up discussions, about the Charter of the Quran, for the best possible physical and mental training and guidance of your steadfast companions. [17:78]

‘In order to establish a government through the implementation of the charter of the Qur’an, you shall have to struggle really hard. Undoubtedly, you would have to chalk out a plan of action for every single day, including lectures based upon the charter of the Qur’an, rigorous physical training of your companions, and finding time to convene meetings with the numerous on coming delegations.

Your program should emphasize, and give impetus to the following aspects:

·        In the early hours of the day, when the human mind is fresh, you should profoundly concentrate upon the text of the Qur’an, in order to understand its message in clear-cut terms. In the company of your associates, you should openly explain and discuss your plans with them, pertaining to their training and educating, for the success of this revolution. [73:1-3 and 74:14]

·        Morning or, Fajar  [human mind is very bright and clear in the peaceful early hours of the day, especially after a good night sleep] provides an ideal time for giving final shape to the plan of action chalked out a night before, in accordance with the directives of the Qur’an. It would provide you a real insight into the nature of the up coming events and afford you an opportunity to prepare yourself and your companions for all eventualities. Your success in your efforts ensures the betterment of the entire humanity.

·        You must strictly pursue your schedule from dawn to dusk covering all aspects, pertaining to physical and mental training of your comrades.’

You must strictly implement the Family Laws provided in the Qur’an, whenever a problem arises in that area of human interaction. There is no point in wasting your energy, time and money in useless litigation. Man- made rules and regulations do not provide positive and permanent solutions for such problems.

It is not only appropriate but essential to fully understand the terms Wass-a- lattul-Wusta  and Qaniteen , before, even attempting to present the translation of the above verse.

The term Wusta stands for the central focal point of a circle or a sphere. Therefore, the expression Wass-a-lattul-Wusta  means the Family laws, including marriage, divorce, children care and other related aspects, which are provided for the guidance of the entire humanity.

The term Wusta also pinpoints a mediator, or an arbiter, who tries to defuse the source of conflict between husband and wife, with the intention of making peace between them, so that they could continue on with their marriage, without any break in their relationship.

Undoubtedly, the Wass-a-lattul-Wusta  denotes that in case of a conflict between a married couple both sides should consider the Family Laws of the Qur’an to be the mediator between them and solve their problem accordingly.

The term Qaniteen  signifies obedience. This term, particularly, identifies a woman, who safeguards her chastity. However, when she or her husband initiates the process for ultimate union, they go for it willingly and with full potential for the purpose of procreation.

The term Qaniteen  also signifies a canteen or a bag sewed of goat- skin for transporting water from one place to another. The carrier makes sure not even to waste a single drop, but when the need arises, he fully quenches his thirst and totally drenches the place, which requires it. This alludes to the utilization of human sperm, without any wastage. This juice must only be used for making babies.

The most befitting translation of the above verse, with reference to the explanation of the specific terms, is as follows:

‘O companions of Mohammad [who are striving for the creation of a peaceful culture], guard Family Laws of the Qur’an [detailed out in Surah Al-Baqarah and Surah Al-Nissah]. Adhere to these basic rules and regulations, and stand together firmly, for the implementation of this code, in order to secure yourself from the painful consequences, if you go for the customary man-made matrimonial directives.

‘And be consistent in achieving your target of establishing a peaceful civilization. With this objective in mind, carefully plan your activities in the morning of every day, including military training of your companions, teaching the Qur’an to your people, having healthy discussions with the incoming delegations, and looking after the affairs of the Islamic state. This must go on from dawn to dusk, every day of the week, without any interruption. [17:78 24:58, 73:1-4 and74:1-3] Your rejuvenating program, coupled with the proper propagation of the tenets of the Qur’an, would completely eradicate collective evils [like economic imbalance, social injustice, political manipulation and widening gulf between the rulers and the ruled] from the communities of those people, who would use their mental capabilities and implement this charter upon them.

Keep on struggling steadfastly with patience, remembering all the time that Allah does not waste an iota of any person’s effort, who intends to modify his social setup with justice, prosperity and security. He will definitely reward you for your indomitable spirit, and on going struggle for the establishing a peaceful society.’

‘At the conclusion of your meeting or, Sallat [an assembly called to discuss pertinent issues and finding solutions] then get back to your job, workplace or business, in order to earn your livelihood. You must keep in mind the decisions taken in that meeting, and must implement the directives given, so that your business, industry or, agriculture should flourish.’

A military escort, dispatched from the headquarters, for the protection of unarmed refugees, marching towards the Islamic state, falls under the definition of Sallat. Similarly, during an ongoing war, the military personnel, posted ahead of the front lines at the Observation Posts to keep an eye on the enemy positions, troop concentrations and movements are also categorized as Sallat. The leading and spearheading contingent of a military column, marching through the enemy territory falls under the concept of      Sallat. [4:101]

‘In case a fully operational Muslim military detachment sets out on Sallat [special mission], to accomplish an exclusive objective for its armed forces, during the time of war, but if they become apprehensive of an imminent enemy attack, endangering their lives, there is no harm in aborting the mission and changing course. This would save them from a real Fitna [unnecessary loss of life, waste of trained personnel, exposure of the mission, and not getting a second chance to go for it].’

The verse 4:102 provides a very important and pertinent piece of information about Mohammad. He was the Commander-in-Chief of his army and his sole objective was Sallat [to destroy the enemy forces, which marched over to kill him].

‘O’ Mohammad! If you are leading your armed forces into the battlefield, you must deploy them at the right positions, with the objective of achieving resounding victory, Sallat, over your enemies.

Your battle plan and combat strategy should be as follows:

·        You should divide your army in two parts.

·        The first half should commence and execute the program of Sallat  [engage the enemy forces, which are against the divine social order]. The second half should stay behind and form the next line of defense. Its objective would be to provide relief to the war weary front line fighters, by injecting fresh fighting force, in their place.

·        When any of the frontline units accomplish their given target [Sajda] and get tired, let them fall back in an orderly manner and replace them with the fresh fighting force to carry on with the agenda of Sallat; complete victory over the enemy and making way for the implementation of the constitution that the Qur’an presents.

·        The purpose of retaining a good part of your armed forces on the second line of defense, is to give your enemy an idea that you have additional forces to inject in the battle field, if such a need arises, and your rear in not open for any surprise attack.

·        If some of your fighters do not like to stay armed at all times, due to some unfortunate circumstances, like heavy downpour or personal sickness, then let them do as they wish. However, Allah advises them to stay equipped at all times in the battle zone, and watch the enemy maneuvering very closely. Of course, your enemy will face humiliating defeat in the end, but you have to keep your eyes open, and be very vigilant about its every move.

In the above the verse, the word Sallat has been used in the following meanings:

1.     Mohammad is the Commander-in-Chief, leading his armed forces in the battlefield.

2.     Replacing war weary army units with the fresh fighting force during the on going battle.

The Muslim commentators destroyed the very concept of this imperative verse by coming up with an outrageous exposition, that Sallat, in terms of supplication, is compulsory even in the battlefield. Any sane person would not recommend that ridiculous action during the pitched battle, then how could Allah come out with that kind of a command, Who is the knowledge personified?

Wouldn’t it look weird during hand-to-hand combat, that Mohammad, all of a sudden, would drop all his weapons along with that of his stalwart companions, and arrange them to say fictitious prayer? Wouldn’t it be the most opportune moment for his enemies to cut their heads, while in the prostrate posture during Nimaz?

In the verse 4:103, it becomes incumbent upon the last messenger of Allah to resume regular and timely teachings of the Qur’an at the end of hostilities.

‘When you have decide to go to war and are in a state of emergency, then you should be learning Allah’s laws of war only, at all times. However, when the hostilities end and peace gets restored, then return to your meetings, Sallat, in the usual way. O’ companions [who are working with him for a peaceful program] of Mohammad! Better note down that the classes pertaining to the teachings of the Qur’an are extremely important for your training! These lectures should be held at the prearranged times, and it is mandatory for you to attend these sessions for learning the Qur’an!’

Thus, the entire discussion pertaining to Sallah can be summed up in a couple of word i.e. ‘meeting,’ in the peacetime and ‘winning’ in the wartime. It is not a rigid ritual to be performed at a fixed time, but can be arranged anywhere and anytime, as and when the situation demands. The purpose of such get together is problem solving, facing the community or the state. The elected assemblies of the world democracies present the best representation of this term of the Qur’an. They sit together everyday, at a prescribed time, and solve the problems of their nations.

The prevalent Sallah or, Sallat among the Muslim world is just a waste of time, because nothing is discussed over there. The people get together, perform a ridiculous ritual and go home. What purpose does this useless       supplication serve? None!

Millions of Muslims get together five times a day in the mosques, but do nothing. The reason is they have no agenda, they are not attending a meeting, and there is nothing for them to discuss or to share. If they give it a serious thought and instead of listening to a stupid Imam, they sit down and      discuss the Ummah’s current position in the world, they can reach some positive thinking, which might germinate the second revolution of the right kind of Islam.

Q-3 In the light of the Qur’an, what would be the definition of: (a) Kafir, (b) Mushrik , (c) Muslim, and (d) Momin

A-3

DEFINATION OF KUFR

The part of an expression, Yah Aiuhallazeena Kafaroo  requires an in-depth understanding from the standpoint of the Qur’an. The term Kaafir has roots Kaf, Fa and Ra. It identifies a person, who intentionally makes an all out effort to hide tangible materials or intangible realities. In addition, efforts are made to substitute truth with falsehood.

Kufr, the verb, is also an antonym of Shukur, which, means to be very productive and capable of generating excellent results in any field of action; it may be farming, tending a herd of sheep, looking deep into space and discovering new worlds, searching the oceans, or producing all kinds of useful products for the well being of the entire human race. From here comes the expression kufraan-e-Na’amat, a derivative of Kufr, which means hiding ample bounties of nature from others or to maintain a monopoly over the goods and products required by all human beings. This is also called hoarding.

Additionally, kaafir is also defined as an act, which covers the ill effects of something gone awry. Right from here comes the substance Kafoor [camphor], which is used to cover the bad odors at various places, especially the washrooms. The deodorants for personal use or homes fall in the same category.

It is, therefore, imperative to have a clear understanding of Eemaan and Kufr, usually understood as belief or disbelief. These terms are not restricted only to the mental calisthenics, but do have practical applications in the real life.

The most pertinent and lucid concept of Eemaan, therefore, is to willingly [without any coercion] accept the code of the Qur’an, as the best body of law in the entire universe and consistently strive to one’s ultimate ability, for its implementation with the purpose of benefiting the total life on this planet. Kufr is just the opposite of this definition of Eemaan, but it does not constitute any offence. It’s just a matter of understanding or perception. A befitting example is that of an organization; some people become its members, whereas others don’t, but the non-members are, definitely, not doing anything against the law.

The people who accept Islam become Muslims, and the others remain Non- Muslims; but every non-Muslim is not a Kaafir. In fact, Kaafir is a person, who receives the message of the Qur’an, understands it, but still rejects it [47:32]. They have the right to do so. Others may call it denial of truth. Its conceptual offshoots include hording of eatables or other goods that are essential for human consumption and Allah has produced them on a massive scale for every one to enjoy.

According to the Arabic lexicon following persons fall in the category of Kafreen?

·        A warrior in full armor is a Kaafir, as he hides his body with it.

·        Darkness is also kaafir, as it covers everything in its envelope.

·        Dark clouds are Kaafir too, as they hide the sky from view.

·        A river or an ocean is a kaafir as well, as it shields every thing sitting at its bed.

·        A farmer is another kaafir, who conceals the seeds under the soil.

·        A grave is known as al-kafro, for it covers the dead body.

DEFINATION OF A MUSHRIK

The words ‘Mushrik’ ‘Mushrikeen and Mushrokoon are usually translated into polytheist, communist, atheist, worshipper of idols, dead persons, worshipping shrines of dead saints or the living ones.

Ashrako Fulanan means associate with someone or, Musharika                       stands for ‘joining someone in some work, business, or being a share- holder in a corporation.

There is only one Authority which is superior to man and that is Allah. Therefore, to recognize Allah along with other forces and powers is ‘Shrik’ and the Qur’an considers Shrik as the biggest crime against Allah.

So according to the Quran followings categories fall under the definition of Shirk:

1.     To obey and establish any man-made law or constitution, except the one given in the Qur’an, falls in the category of Shirk. Thus, The Islamic Republic of Pakistan, or The Islamic Republic of Iran and all others Islamic plus democratic republics fall under the definition of Shrik. The religious and political leaders, who support democracy with a blend of Islam, fall into the group of Mushrkeen. At this point in time the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the custodian of Ka’bah. Thus the monarchy, based upon man-made laws is running the show, which is against the tenets of the Qur’an. As the current governments of all Islamic countries are nothing, but a bunch of Mushrikeen, none of them have any right to be the controller of Ka’bah.

2.     To create a sect or sects, and to promote divisions among the Muslims is an act of Shirk. Therefore, all current religious sects fall under the definition of Mushrikeen.

3.     To build a mosque for propagating the point of view of a particular faction in Islam, is also Shirk. Therefore, all current mosques in the Muslim world are the dens of Mushrikeen, because each one of these belong to a certain sect.

4.     According to the Qur’an, people worship idols or saints due to their ignorance, and for that reason this practice is not condemned like Shrik. Moreover, this attitude or, misunderstanding can be corrected though proper education. [20:91-92]

This is the reason, why the Qur’an categorically claims that it is possible to eliminate all minor shortcomings through good actions and proper education. However, protection is not available to those, who commit Shrik, as it is major and serious offence. [4:116]

The term ‘Najs’ stands for the one, who is immoral, faithless and wicked. Thus morally bankrupt, depraved, and iniquitous people have no right to be the guardian of the International Islamic center. The need of the time is to get it liberated from the clutches of the current Najs and Mushrikeen keepers, in order to restore its nobility and eminence by establishing an Islamic International platform for all nations on the planet.

DEFINATION OF A MUSLIM

The word Muslim or Islam has roots Seen, Lam and Meem. It signifies safety, security, and to get rid of evil or, an affliction of any kind. The word Salim or Muslim also means peace, submission and reconciliation. Additionally, it identifies a state of perfection and excellence, especially for human beings.

With the above definition of the term Islam, the following definitions of the Muslim are as under:

·        Saleem denotes a person, who is free from all kinds of defects and imperfections, particularly with regards to its faith.

·        Aslam stands for that person, who is perfection personified.

·        Sillim means a ladder by using which a person can reach the top level of a structure, with confidence.

·        Salmatoon identifies a beautiful and sensitive woman. It means a Muslim should have a beautiful thinking and he should be very responsive for the cause of nurture of other people.

·        As- Salam is one of Allah’s attributes, which means He maintains peace and harmony within the entire cosmos, without any shortcomings. In addition, He protects it from all calamities and taking it towards perfection.

In short As-Salam means:

·        A person, who overcomes all its personal deficiencies or, shortcomings and fully develops its hidden potential.

·        To keep every thing into safe and security and protect it from all kinds of dangers and calamities.

·        The one, who personally leads a peaceful life, and lives in perfect harmony, with every one else.

·        The one, who has a normal living, and makes efforts for uplifting, the entire society.

A person having the above kind of attributes is known as Muslim. Similarly, a group of people having above characteristics is known as Muslomoon or Muslimeen. The system that ensures the production of the above kind of people in a society is called Islam.

DEFINATION OF A MUSLIM FROM THE QUR’AN

In the verse 39:12, Mohammad made the revolutionary declaration:

‘At the very outset of his struggle, Mohammad declared to his companions, “I am the first Muslim amongst you, who shall dedicate all my capabilities for the establishment of this system.”’

The buddies of Jesus were Muslims too, because they fought by the side Jesus in the battlefield, for establishing a government, based upon the constitution of the Injeel. [5:111]

‘It was a remarkable time in the history of humankind, when Jesus asked his comrades to support him fully for establishing a peaceful system, based upon the Injeel, against the might Roman Empire and its puppet collaborator, the vicious Jewish priesthood. They collectively declared, “We do trust you and bear witness that we are Muslemoon [owing allegiance to you, and submitting completely to Allah’s code]’

Allah defines that a Muslim [male or female] always uses inborn senses, and mental faculties. [27:80]

‘Mohammad, you would not be able to implement this revolutionary constitution of the Qur’an, amidst this lifeless nation! How can you guide or, help some one, who has closed one’s eyes and does not want to get out of darkness? Your people are just like that person, and they want to remain in the state of ignorance. Your message is for those persons, who agree [after going through discussion with a sense of reasoning] with you for this peaceful program, and are ready to submit all their energies and capabilities for the establishment of the charter of the Qur’an.’

DEFINATION OF A MO’MIN

·        In consonance with the wider perception of the Al-Deen [the Qur’anic constitution], the Eemaan distinguishes a conviction that is not ethereal in nature, but is a reality based upon the power of reasoning and proven by the cumulative knowledge. Whereas, in the matter of faith or belief, which is said to be often blind, one has to divorce those very criteria, to accept myths, creeds or customs and what not.

·        The words Eemaan and Ameen have the same roots and both of these terms identify a rock solid conviction that perk up inner feelings of contentment, satisfaction and peace, in humans.

·        Mo’min is a person, who accepts any concept, idea or even a suggestion, after thoroughly testing its validity by utilizing its innate ability of analytical thinking. In this manner, that individual not only ensures its own peace and tranquility, but also positively contributes towards the entire humankind.

·        Al- Mo’min is one of many attributes of Allah, which pin points the presence of such a being, who is the Nourisher and Peace Provider of the entire cosmos.

In fact, Mo’min is a person, who firmly trusts in the following concepts and acts accordingly:

a-     Has unwavering Eemaan in Allah’s laws, and applies these in all walks of life, to achieve magnificent results, right here in this world.

b-    Has Eemaan in the law of Mukafat [cause and effect] and the life in the hereafter.

c-     Carries a persistent Eemaan in all kinds of cosmological forces, including, physical, chemical, biological, communicative etc., and works untiringly to make them useful and conducive for the humanity at large.

d-    Has a firm Eemaan in the physical and mental potential of every human being, and tries hard to utilize all these forces for the establishment of a peaceful system, based upon the constitution of the Qur’an.

e-     Recognizes or has Eemaan in all previous Messengers of Allah and the books revealed to them

f-      Has unflinching Eemaan in the constitution of the Qur’an and certainly have the courage and the capacity to reject all human legislations.

The word Ameen has roots alf, meem and noon and its other derivatives are given below:

a-     Aamanoo: It translates into peace of mind, physical safety and freedom from internal clash of diverse forces; its antonym is dishonesty.

b-    Aamanna: This term means taking over responsibility of someone’s protection or safety and then guarding that person with one’s own life.

In his struggle against the unjust society, Mohammad declared that I am the first Momin amongst you, to establish the system, provided by the Qur’an. [7:143]

‘Surely, I have been ordered [through the Qur’an’s directives] to be the first amongst my companions [who are struggling hard with me for the establishment of a peaceful and prosperous society] declaring allegiance and submission to the set of laws revealed in the Qur’an.’

In the verse 4:136, Allah has put forth five conditions, that a person has to fulfill, for identification as a Momin.

‘O’ companions of Mohammad! Who claim to be Momineen [striving hard for the establishment of a peaceful society]; you cannot be accepted as Momineen until and unless, you prove your complete faith in the following divine stipulations:

·        Your trust in Allah’s laws with absolute conviction.

·        Your complete faith in Our Messenger plus Our constitution, which We revealed to Mohammad and to the Messengers, who arrived before him.

·        Your full trust [through pragmatic tests] in Allah’s natural laws and all His Malaika [powerful micro and macro sphere forces, which are nourishing the on going cosmic evolutionary process].

·        His eternal code [delivered to all His Messengers through independent Books].

·        His Messengers and the life in the hereafter [next phase of evolution].

If you deny any of the above basic realties, surely, you are going to suffer from the worst kind of confusion.’

Therefore, according to Allah’s established criteria, you will become a Momin only, if you fulfill the above five requisites, not with blind faith, but using your innate wisdom.

In view of the above, no out of the Qur’an rituals are required to be performed for becoming a real Momin. The daily supplication [five times or more] is uncalled-for and must be rejected right away. The same is true with all other ridiculous rituals, including the yearly procession of Aashurah, going for Darood-o-Salaam, worshipping the mausoleums of dead saints. The biggest annual farce goes in Mecca, where millions of Muslims go around Ka’bah in circles like lost sheep. It is a well-known fact; the people going in circles never get anywhere, and exactly that is happening to the Muslim Ummah.

Q-4:

In the verse [33:40; Al-Ahzab], what does the Seal of prophet mean?

 A-4:

The Muslim mystics came up with the idea of a Mujaddid [renovator], whose job is to renew the message of Islam off and on. It means Islam is like an outfit, or some sort of a building that has to be renovated with the changing décor of the time. This idea is in direct conflict with Allah’s declaration that Our Laws embodied in the Qur’an are immutable, everlasting and beyond the limit of space and time.

Again, the concept of a Mujaddid makes its appearance in the collection of Ahadith, which invariably state, “God will, on the eve of every century, raise a person among this nation [Muslim Ummah], who would renew the religion.” [A D3: 1194, 4278]

It means, within a span of one hundred years, the ‘battery’ of Deen gets totally discharged and has to be plugged into some socket, through the personality of this Mujaddid, to get it fully charged for staying at its peak through another century, without any hassle.

The conspiracy to write, collect and compile Ahadith, 2.5 centuries after the death of the last Messenger, has been dealt with at length, in various chapters of this presentation. Here, it is once again coming under the microscope of investigation, with respect to analyzing this new fabrication of a Mujaddid.

The verse 33:40 [which is engraved on the mosque of Mohammad] clearly proclaims that Mohammad is the last Messenger of Allah on this planet.

Mohammad is not a biological father [and has not even adopted a son] of any one of your men, but he is the last Messenger and Nabi of Allah [Nabi and Messenger are identical terms in Arabic and English lingos]. On the basis of His infinite knowledge, Allah has sealed the portal of Messengers forever and freed the civilization from this process to speed up human evolution. He has done this with full knowledge that humanity has come of age and is now capable of making independent decisions in consonance with the following attributes.’

·        Utilizing the God given sense of reasoning and intellect.

·        Discovering the natural laws and their beneficial applications.

·        Taking guidance from the eternal code of the Qur’an.’

The first part of the above verse clearly states that Mohammad had no son. With this declaration, the Qur’an obliterates every chance of worshipping Mohammad’s progeny. However, different Islamic sects have come up with the fake genealogy of the last Messenger’s descendants, and have started their idolization under the shameless garb of Sayyed family or Ahle-bait [family of Mohammad].

One explanation of the term Khatam-un-Nabyeen  assigns Mohammad the role of a prophet maker, especially from the coming generations of his followers. He is said to possess the seal of authority, in lieu of certain favors bestowed upon his Ummah, by Allah. With the establishment of this assumption, it is professed that prophets would keep on rising among the Muslims, through the good offices of Mohammad. He would stamp such special individuals, initiating a kind of mutation in them, resulting in their elevation to the position of an apostle.

Another sense derived from the term Khatam-un-Nabyeen  is that Mohammad has the authority to brand anyone to the office of prophet. The closest example of this process is seen at Canada’s Wonderland, where people’s hands are stamped for entry. According to this connotation, Mohammad can stamp the rump of any individual to usher him into the circle of apostles, and he is the only one with that kind of authority.

In the sentence Khatam-un-Nabyeen  the word Khatam  is an active participle ا سم فا عل. It signifies that Allah possesses such a seal and is the final authority to end the succession of the Messengers. Categorically, no Nabi, Rasool or Imam Mehdi will ever visit this world, until the end of time.

It is also said that Mohammad had to stamp a person, before he could become a prophet. If this assumption is correct, then how could Moses become Allah’s Messenger, when Mohammad was not even born yet? This kind of sordid conjecture about Mohammad’s role as prophet ‘stamper’ is just a bunch of baloney and the Qur’an rejects it straightaway. In the verse 28:43, Allah says, “Mohammad, you were not present on the west side of the mountain, where We revealed Our commandments to Moses.”

‘And neither were you on the west side of the Mount Sinai, when We revealed Our commandments to Moses and nor were you standing among the witnesses.’

Similarly, when brothers of Joseph decided to throw him in the well, you were not there too. [12:102]

‘Mohammad, you were not present there [not even born yet], when brothers of Joseph came up with a unanimous decision, to throw Joseph into the well.’

In addition, the Qur’an says that Mohammad was sent with a mission for the entire humanity. So there is no need for any new Messenger to arrive. [7:159]

‘O Mohammad! Go out and say, “O mankind! I am Allah‘s Rasool sent to all of you!”’

The same reality, the Qur’an explains in a very impressive style. [34:28]

‘We have sent you [O Mohammad!], as a universal Messenger to the entire mankind!’

The word of Allah has been completed, and rest assured there should be no change in this eternal code. [6:115]

‘The complete word of Your Cherisher has been based on truth and justice and is presented in this Book. None has the authority to make any changes in these laws. This is because Allah, Who records all your activities, based on his infinite knowledge, has revealed this Book.’

The above verse provides irrefutable evidence to the fact that Mohammad was the last Messenger of Allah and the Qur’an is the last Book and there is no more room for any additional Messenger to show up with or without a revelation.

In fact, the Qur’an neither endorses the idea of a renovator coming down every century to set things right, nor there is any mention of a Mehdi. Such ideas are entertained by the nations that have lost their self-esteem, initiative, and are incapable of doing anything right on their own. They seek refuge in the imagination that someone will turn up some day to reinstate the past glory or the golden period of their history. This is nothing but the psyche of escapism, which indicates a defeated attitude.

The Qur’an has been very clear on the subject. Mohammad was the last Messenger appointed by Allah to bring forth His final version or concluding constitution for the humanity at large. He implemented it and built a society in accordance with the given code for the whole world to watch and follow. His companions carried on his mission after his death, until the advent of the enemies of Allah, his Messenger and Deen, who destroyed everything that came into existence, in accordance with the Qur’anic charter. The Qur’an exists in its original form, shape and text. This book can help and take the Muslim Ummah out of the present crises caused by sectarianism, loss of real leadership and total ignorance.

The followers of almost each religion are waiting for the arrival of some kind of a savior or a reformer to take them out of their current wretched condition. Jews are on the lookout for the return of their prophet Ezir, who shall free them from their miserable plight.

Christians are looking forward to the homecoming of Jesus, who, according to their faith, is the only mortal out of the entire humanity, waiting alive in the heaven for the right moment to start his descent to the blue marble. Again, it is just the Christian conviction that upon the reappearance of Jesus, all other religions will vanish from the face of the earth and Christianity alone will survive, until the end of time.

Hindus are waiting for the final incarnation of Kalki [the last avatara, according to their Veda O Purane]. He will materialize in the form of a man riding a white steed, with a sword in his hand. He will clean the world from Kali Yuga [Kali age] and the whole world will experience purity and goodness.

Buddhists are envisioning the reappearance of Buddha.

Zoroastrians entertain a similar notion. The prophet Mitra, living in the heaven like Jesus, is supposed to come back from paradise and roam the earth, in order to convert every person on the globe to the Zoroastrian faith.

Moguls of the Aral Lake, located in the Russian Steppes, are the descendants of Genghis Khan. According to Herald Lamb, the author of the book entitled ‘Genghis Khan,’ they believe that the former conqueror shall appear once again and rule the known world, as he did centuries ago.

There seems to be a single common characteristic or denominator of all God incarnates, apostles or persons enumerated above. They left this world without completing the missions assigned to them by the Supreme Being. Presumably, they were defeated during their earlier stay on earth and departed prematurely to the hereafter. Their spirits roam around the heavens restlessly. The only way for them to achieve eternal peace and lay in rest forever is to return to their original abode, the earth, and complete their assignments. Each one of them must dominate the whole world and get his religion accepted by all human beings.

Now, here is the possibility of a very interesting or maybe extremely dangerous scenario developing. If all of the agitated souls come back simultaneously, to complete their respective unfinished missions, a real Armageddon could ensue, wiping out the entire human race, like the dinosaurs, which met their end, en masse, 65 million years ago. However, a bright aspect could emerge out of all such catastrophic mayhem, no more people and no more faiths. Earth finally cleansed of human muck, may experience eternal peace.

Another interesting situation is also possible. Gauging the gravity of the situation, the followers of all faiths may desert their leaders to let them fight their own wars, without any support from them. This will certainly save their skins at the expense of their leaders, who might go ahead and kill each other. That way, each God will finally return in peace to his respective paradise, heaven or nirvana and stay over there forever, never to bother mortals again.

The war betwixt the apostles and gods returning to earth would provide a sensational spectacle the world had never seen before. People might start betting on the contestants, or rather warriors, trying to take control of the whole world. However, there is a distinct possibility they might kill each other on the battlefield, leaving no one to set the world right. In that case, the human beings will get rid of and be free of the meddling intruders for the first time, since their appearance some 3.5 million years ago on the planet.

That might prove to be a turning point in the human history. The people might learn the art of co-existence, without religious influence and interference for the first time. It might be the beginning of a bright new world, without all sorts of fundamentalism and religious hatred, ushering in total tranquility for the first time in the previously troubled world. Under these circumstances, one thing is sure to happen: the religious priesthoods, the obnoxious parasites keeping various factions, sects, groups and nations on the warpath, will be gone forever.

Getting back to the subject of a Mehdi or a savior of some kind, the Qur’an says, “No one will visit now. The Last Messenger has come and gone. He was the final reformer for the entire human race and left Our rules and regulations with you, to live in peace on this planet. No Imam Mehdi or Mujaddid even [from Mohammad’s Ummah] shall ever set foot again, on earth, to save you. You will have to guarantee the safety and prosperity of every one residing here, on your own, utilizing the beneficial laws embodied in the Qur’an.

Putting an end to a long succession of Messengers, going on strong for the last 4 or 5 thousand years, was a great leap forward in the development of the human intelligence, integrity and personality. A kind of mutation took place in the mental capacity and capability of the humans through that period, meaning thereby that people have matured enough and do not require any new message or a Messenger from that point onward. Now they have to make their own decisions, using the sense of judgment they have been endowed with, by their creator. Their independent thinking and power of reasoning, given to them and developed through the millennia of guidance by the previous Messengers, should be enough to take the complete human race to the best of times.

The last revelation is there to provide guidance. This combined with the level of mental maturity attained by the people should be sufficient to establish peace and justice on the entire globe. Human beings should solve their problems on this planet by using accumulated wisdom and Allah’s gift of choice and selection, with the opportunity of application.

Allah’s natural laws are eternal and are certain to produce excellent results in every field of human endeavor, if their application remains within the limits specified by the Qur’an. Giving a free hand to wisdom, intellect or sense of reasoning alone can lead a nation or a group thereof astray, ending in catastrophe. World War I and II are the glaring examples of that kind of insanity. Stockpiling of hundreds of tons of fissionable material and manufacturing thousands of weapons of mass destruction, in the form of nuclear devices and biological/chemical munitions, point towards the same kind of stupidity.

The creator of this universe best understands the ins and outs of his creation. Likewise, he best knows the strengths and weaknesses of the humans. It was His decision to select and raise Messengers from among them and to equip them with his divine order for the betterment of the entire humanity.

That process ended with the arrival of Mohammad. He passed away, but left the original message, for the whole humankind, to derive benefit out of it. It is erroneous to presume that Allah only wanted Muslims to follow it and that they could be the sole beneficiary of its universal code of law and ethics. Whoever intends to seek guidance for the best of both worlds is free to go ahead and get it.

The most modern research in every field of knowledge, including Science and Technology, is proving the facts that the Qur’an revealed to the world, in short but highly eloquent passages, fourteen centuries ago. This is the only revealed Book that has no conflict with the fast widening horizon of information, because of the progressive human endeavor. If it is followed in its entirety, it shall cut down and remove the dangers associated with the hit and trial method. There is no need to reinvent the wheel. The Qur’an declares very openly and eloquently that it has the solution for all human problems; what is required is to follow its constitution with sincerity and honesty.

The Qur’an also suggests to the whole humankind to get together in Mecca every year, for finding solutions to the pressing human problems, with the application of the eternal laws embodied in Allah’s last revelation.

After the arrival and departure of Baha-ul-lah on the Iranian soil, the following Muslims also made fictitious claims to be either Imam Mahdis or prophets of God.

1.     Mirza Ghulam Ahamd was the strangest character of all, who claimed to be a Messenger, cum Meseeh-e-Mouood, cum Mahdi along with Krishana, simultaneously. It means he was all four in one. What a mixed up personality!

2.     Rashad Khalifa also dissented against the concept of sealing the portal of Messengers, and declared on his own, to be a prophet of Allah.

He also proclaimed:

“Mohammad was not the final Messenger or Rasool”

In his Note about the verse 33:40, he wrote

“Despite this clear definition of Mohammad, most Muslims insist that he was the last prophet and also the last Messenger. This is a tragic human trait as we see in 40:34. Those who readily believe God realize that God sends His purifying and consolidating Messenger of the Covenant after the final Prophet Muhammad.”

Similarly, Mirza Ghulam Ahamd, rebuffing the clear verdict of the Qur’an, declared himself to be a Nabi from God. In various ridiculous translations of the Qur’an fabricated by the Ahmadiyya sect, which according to the most authentic ‘rumor,’ Mirza Ghulam Ahamd got done under his direct supervision, a deliberate effort seems to have been made to prove him to be a Nabi, as well as a promised Messiah.

Following is an example of the material, which Mirza Ghulam Ahamd quoted from the junk literature of Iran, called Ahadith, to prove his fake position of a prophet. He did all that to deceive his ignorant followers. The quote runs as under:

“The reference in the verse and in a well-known saying of the Holy Prophet is to the Second Advent of the Holy Prophet himself in the person of Promised Messiah in the latter Days, Says Abu Hurairah. “One Day we were sitting with the Holy Prophet when Surah Jumu’ah was revealed. I enquired from the Holy Prophet, ‘Who are the people to whom the words, ‘And among others of them who have not yet joined down, ‘refer.” Salman, the Persian was sitting among us. Upon my repeatedly asking him the same question , the Holy Prophet put his hand on Salman and said, “ If Faith were to go up to the Pleiades, as man from these would, surely, find it’ (Bukhari). This saying of the Holy Prophet shows that the verse applies to a man of Persian descent. The Promised Messiah, the Founder of the Ahmadiyya Movement, was of Persian descent. Other sayings of the Holy Prophet speak of the appearance of the Messiah at a time when there would remain nothing of the Qur’an but its words and of Islam but its name, i.e. the Hadith both agreed that the present verse refers o the Second Advent of the Holy Prophet in the person of the Promised Messiah.

[The Holy Quran Arabic Text Edited by Mailk Ghulam Farid Published under the auspices of Hadrat Mirza Tahir Ammad Page 1211-1212 Surah 62 verse 4.]

But the Qur’an explains this wonderful reality in an excellent manner. In the verses 57:25; 3:184 & 35:25, Allah makes a comprehensive declaration, that all Rasools had their corresponding revelations.

‘We sent Our Rasools [Messengers], equipped with relevant supporting divine document or tome.’

This means that if Allah appointed Rashad Khalifa as a Rasool [Messenger], then his creator must have bestowed upon him the complimentary text for guidance. The above verses also blew Rashad Khalifa’s personal myth apart that all Nabis are Messengers but all Messengers are not Nabis.

In the verse 2:213, Allah says all Ambyia were equipped with the equivalent divine documents.

‘Allah sent series of Ambiya [Messengers] and all of them had their respective Books. Their job was to give their people glad tidings, if they lived together as one family and warn them of the horrible consequences of a disintegrated society. They were also instructed to resolve their differences, in accordance with the revelation they got.’

So according to the Qur’an, if Mirza Ghulam Ahamad did enjoy the status of a Nabi, then how was he ushered into the world, without a corresponding revelation. He also claimed himself to be Maseeh-e-Mouood مسيح مو عود. , the Promised Messiah. The last word ‘Mouood’ does not exist in the Qur’an and the first word ‘Messiah’ the Qur’an had only coined for the honorable Messenger of Allah, Jesus. The question is, on what authority, or from which source, or simply how could Mirza claim that designation for himself?

Here, another point to ponder is that Mirza identified himself with the Mahdi, who is supposed to appear close to the end of the world. The literature available about that personality prophesizes that he shall establish his government in the entire world and set all the wrongs right, but Mirza did not do anything of the sort. On the contrary, his followers had to run away from their homeland to take refuge in the neighboring Pakistan, where the Muslim priesthood became active against them and pressurized the government to declare the Ahmadia sect as a non-Muslim entity. All other sects supported the government, which excommunicated or expelled the followers of Mirza Ghulam Ahamad in disgrace, from the Muslim Ummah. The question is, what kind of a defeated Mehdi he was?

In fact, Allah demolished the institution of Messengers, after appointing Mohammad to this exalted position for the last time, as humanity had come of age and did not require any more divine guidance. The humans had been provided the last charter, in the form of the Qur’an, to live according to it. It is now their responsibility to adapt their lives to the divine line of action [form governments, establish fiscal and justice systems, etc.] and live happily ever after.

But the phony Maseeh-e-Mouood, false Rasools and fake Imam Mahdis do not like the humankind to use its innate wisdom and logic together with Allah’s charter for establishing a just society for the benefit of every one. They just want to run their agenda for making a mockery of the people, and mint money because of the prevalence of total ignorance among their disciples, for whom, whatever they say goes.

The following so-called Muslim individuals, claimed themselves to be the    Mahdi of their times, though according to the theory only one is supposed to appear.

1.     Mahdi Sudani.

2.     Sayyed Imam Mohammad Jona Puri from Baluchistan, Pakistan [Zakri sect].

3.     Mohammad Bin Abdullah from Mecca, Saudi Arabia. He had a sizable army at his command and attacked his birthplace to establish his administration, killing a large number of defenseless citizens.

Q-5:

Was Jesus taken up to heaven before having been crucified?  How would you explain the verses (3: 54, 55; Al-Imran), (4: 157, 158; An-Nisa)

A-5:

The adversaries of Jesus had planned to kill or crucify him. [3:54]

‘The antagonists of Jesus [Jewish priesthood and mighty Roman Empire] secretly conspired against him [to kill Jesus]. But Allah’s strategy was ideal, and part of the plan was to get the enslaved Jewish nation liberated from the tyranny of monastery and the ruthless administration of the Roman Empire. The purpose of this planning was to alleviate the deplorable condition of the downtrodden Jewish nation.

Allah did not raise Jesus to Heaven. In the verse 157, Allah assured Jesus that he would definitely accomplish his mission, and die of natural causes, in his old age. [157]

‘The enemies of Jesus conspired to crucify him, but Allah assured him that, certainly, he would fulfill his mission [of implementing the constitution of Injeel] successfully, with determination and perseverance, and die of natural causes, in advanced years. [5:117] You shall be distinguished for your triumphant hard work and We shall get you exonerated of all allegations leveled against you, by them. In addition, We shall take you away from the persecution of your enemies. Your comrades, who seem to be week at the moment, shall, eventually, overwhelm their enemies in a final and decisive battle. Then the opponents of Allah’s divine laws would be brought in front of you, and then you would judge them perceptively.’

Their plotting to crucify or to kill Jesus was foiled, as he got out of the harms way, by migrating to a safe haven. [4:158]

‘Their audacity about killing Jesus, the son of Mary, and the Rasool of Allah is totally baseless. The fact remains that they could neither crucify him, nor even harm him, because of his timely relocation to another spot from that unsafe location. The people, who disagree with this historical truth, in fact, do not have a clear perception of what happened over there. Their information regarding this matter is ambiguous and they are still under the wrong impression that they really executed him on the cross.’

Before they could even capture him, Jesus had slipped away to a safe haven. [4:158]

‘But Allah honored him and took him in His protection [Jesus like all other Messengers saved himself by sneaking out of the harms way, to a save haven]. This statement comes from Allah, whose mighty laws are based upon knowledge, and power of reasoning.’

The word Rafah  specifically means here to differentially honor, respect and revere Jesus, as compare to his enemies. This word also signifies migration from one local to another for a worthwhile cause.

The Qur’an, in the verse 37:99, reiterates the example of Abraham, who had to follow the same path for saving his own life and successfully accomplishing his Mission.

‘Following the confrontation with his nation, Abraham decided to migrate to another place, and announced to his companions, “Indeed, I my going away, and surely, my sustainer would guide me regarding the establishment of the divine system.”’

Adris, the Messenger of Allah also shifted to another place, in order to establish Allah’s constitution, and to avoid unnecessary bloodshed. [19: 57]

‘To accomplish the assigned mission, the Messenger of Allah [Idris] migrated from his native place; Allah dignified his status, because of the triumphant completion of his mission.’

Similarly, Allah venerated Mohammad on account of his flight from Mecca to Medina for accomplishing his mission, avoiding unnecessary blood shed. [94:4]

‘Mohammad, because of your migration from your birthplace to Medina for establishing the charter of the Qur’an, your name is being mentioned with dignity and honor. Because of your spectacular achievement, your name and fame has spread far and wide, and the message of the Qur’an is receiving overwhelming attention.’

In view of the examples of other Messengers presented above [taken from the Qur’an], it becomes absolutely clear that Jesus followed the path of his predecessors. Neither he was crucified, nor was he taken up to any heaven. If the Islamic priesthood is still of the view that Jesus was taken to heaven, then they have to believe the same about Abraham, Idris and Mohammad. But that is not the truth; all three of them, contrary to their belief about Jesus, stayed here on Earth, till their last breath.

Additionally, the Qur’an pronounces, as Allah’s laws are functioning equally well throughout the cosmos, then what was the need to take him up to the   heaven?

‘He is with you, wherever you are.’

Allah declares unambiguously, “No human, on this beautiful planet, is either immortal or can survive without food and water, beyond a short period of time.” [21:8]

According to above verse, all Messengers were humans and thus were mortals. Naturally, they could never survive without eating food and drinking water. If they had not eaten, surely, they would have died after a certain period of time. Now the question arises, how come, Jesus is still living, without eating and drinking, for the last 2,000 years?

The Qur’an categorically rejects the following Muslim and Christian myths, created by the respective priesthoods.

1-     Crucifixion.

2-     Supreme sacrifice of the alleged Son of God, Jesus for atonement of sins of all people, past, present and future.

3-     Holy Ghost.

4-     Resurrection of Jesus.

5-     Immaculate Conception.

Q- 6:

What does the word ‘Ahmad’ signify in the verse (61:6 As-Saff)?

A-6:

The word ‘Ahmad’ is Ismut  – Tafdil or an adjective, which qualifies a person, meaning thereby that such an individual shall do highly commendable work during his time period. In the verse quoted above, the word ‘Ahmad’ does not identify a person’s given name. Jesus mentioned the arrival of a Messenger after him, not by name, but to augment his personal nature or, character. Thus, the term ‘Ahmad’ must be recognized as a qualifying watchword and not the proper name of the incoming Messenger of Allah.

Acknowledging ‘Ahmad’ as another proper name of Mohammad creates the following confusions:

1.     Mohammad was born almost 600 years after the departure of Jesus. Then how is it possible that Jesus could christen him as ‘Ahmad’ even before his birth? Common sense demands a baby should be given a name after its arrival in this world, not before that.

2.     The Qur’an does not recognize the name ‘Ahmad.’ In the text, he has been repeatedly addressed as ‘Mohammad.’ So what is the need to go out of the last revelation to find a new name for the last messenger of Allah? It does not make any sense at all, except for creating another row among the Muslims.

Therefore, the correct translation of above verse should be as follows:

‘When Jesus, the son of Mary pronounced, while addressing Bani-Israel, “I am Allah’s Messenger sent towards you, and am confirming the truth of what is in front of you [the Torah]. After me, another Messenger will soon arrive, who would continue the agenda of sustenance and development. He would perform much more praise worthy task, with the establishment of a government in his own time. But when he [Mohammad] went to them [the Jews] with clear evidence from the Qur’an, they simply made a comment, “It is nothing, except spellbinding eloquence carrying pack of lies.”

The word Mohammad has the following connotations:

·        A person, who is praised much more frequently.

·        The one, who is repeatedly admired?

·        Who is extolled again and again.

·        The one, who is endowed with lots of commendable traits. [3:144]

‘The divine social system, based upon the eternal tenets, does not fall apart by the death of an individual, no matter how important he may be [no one is indispensable]. The same principle applies to the noble and magnificent persona of Mohammad.

Q- 7:

What does ‘Dua’ or supplication mean? Is supplication related to the verses (2:186 Al-Baqarah), (42:26 As-Shu’rah)? The verse (50:16 Qaf), says God is closer than the jugular vein. What does it mean?

A-7:

The word Dua  signifies a wish, a desire, an emotional expression, summoning some one, an invitation for dining, and making a declaration.

Before looking for its specific significance in the Qur’an, it is imperative to know, how the nomadic Arabian tribes used to incorporate the word Dua  in their daily lives, with particular reference to the desert culture, in the pre-Islamic period.

The camel milk, even in the modern times, is an essential ingredient for Bedouin survival and for that reason they still raise large herds. Not only is it a complete food, but it also serves as a perfect water substitute, especially in the desert environment.

It usually happens that one or two she camels, out of the whole herd, may    not release the entire volume contained in the udder, during milking. In such a case the milking person adopts the following strategy that always works perfectly:

Close to the end of milking, he leaves a little amount of milk, on top of what she has already retained in her udder, on purpose. This added weight, in her pendulous milk sack, causes a little discomfort to the animal. To get rid of that predicament, she camel releases the entire volume of milk at the next milking time. This simple skill, which the Bedouin have been using since the time immemorial, is called Al-duai.

The above etymology of the term Dua  is a positive proof that Arabs, through ages, have never used this specific term in the form of a regular supplication or, rigorous prayer [five times a day] to God.

In the simplest terms, the expression Dua  carries the following easy and plain message:

If any human being, irrespective of race, color, creed, origin or, religion, wants to achieve anything, then the best avenue open for that person is not to prostrate in front of some god and pray, but to think about it logically, make a reasonably workable plan, and then get on with it for getting positive results, as they say in the West, ‘Give it your best shot.’

Praying to Allah alone, and doing practically nothing, is the attitude of a defeated nation. The Raiwind congregation in Pakistan [someday may get in the Guinness Book of World Records] is a typical example of that attitude. They pray the longest, over six hours at a stretch, marking the end of their yearly convention, but with what result? Nothing, besides a big fat zilch!

The above discussion, pertaining to one of the most misunderstood word of the Qur’an, Al-Duai, makes it amply clear that praying to Allah in the form of supplication or, prostration is not what it means. In fact, one has to plan carefully and toil enthusiastically for achieving anything one’s heart desires, remaining in consonant with Allah’s physical, chemical, and biological set of rules.

The teachings of the Qur’an turned Mohammad into a realistic and practical person. For that very reason, he never prayed to Allah, even, once throughout his entire life span. His determination, dynamism, and vigorous drive made him a very result oriented person, and because of that, he could successfully establish an administration, by implementing the charter of the Qur’an, during his lifetime. The last revelation does not carry a single Dua  that he ever presented to Allah in the form of supplication or, prayer.

All currently available Duai  prayers, supplications, Sallah, Darood -O-Salam, and what not, were invented by the Muslim clergy over the centuries to develop the sectarian culture for establishing their personal rule of law, over and above that of the Qur’an.

The Quran explains this straightforward reality in the verse 2:186, presented below:

‘Mohammad, when my advocates ask you about Me, declare openly that I [My eternal laws established on this planet] am with them at all times! Thus, when one calls upon me for guidance in this life, My commands are available in the Qur’an to answer his/her call or entreaty. For attaining Allah’s proximity, they should adhere to My directives and the constitution presented in the last revelation. If they follow the Qur’anic code, they shall be able to walk firmly upon the right path of life.’

According to the above Qur’anic verse, if the Muslims want to achieve their objectives, wishes or desires during their lives, they should work hard, following Allah’s rules. Prayers or Dua alone cannot solve individual or collective worldwide problems of the Muslim Ummah. Praying for rain, Dua in Arafat, during the month of Ramadan, five times a day, in the cemetery, at Eid congregation, in Juma gatherings, or reciting Sura Yaseen by the side of the dead or dying for Swab are signs of a resigned attitude, a defeatist mentality and criminal use of the Qur’anic ayas. The constitution of the Qur’an needs to be implemented for a wonderful and progressive life and not recited only for Swab or used as a lucky charm against the evil eye. It is the worst misuse of Allah’s last revelation and is the primary cause of the worldwide downfall of the Muslim Ummah.

The dim-witted Imams of both Sunni and Shi’ah sects [the most abominable curse within the Muslim Ummah] have locked up the all-pervading Allah by synthesizing this ludicrous fable of Mohammad’s passage through the universe.

The Qur’an, however, presents an entirely different viewpoint, with respect to Allah’s presence throughout the cosmos. [50:16]

1- ‘Indeed, We created Homo sapiens and We know innermost thoughts of every member of this race. Figuratively, We are closer to each individual than even its own Jugular vein, meaning thereby, Our Physical, Chemical and Biological laws are intimately and actively involved with the physical functioning of every person.’ [50-16]

Even a dying person is in Our complete control through Our physical, chemical and biological laws.

2- ‘A dying person is in complete control of Our rules, governing the phases of life and death, on this planet. You watch yourself finally slipping away towards the end of your time on earth, but you cannot do anything about it; you are simply helpless. It is just a one way passage, and that is why, the dead people never come back, but you don’t think about it seriously.’ [56-85]

In addition, the Qur’an makes a profound assertion, ‘Allah is with you everywhere.’ Therefore, there is need for you to go to Mecca just for the sake of praying. [57:4]

‘He is with you, wherever you are.’

The above verses clearly prove Allah’s ubiquity. Allah is everywhere, so there was no need to call Mohammad to the highest heaven, wherever that is in the far reaches of the expanding universe. The iniquitous Iranian Imams made another blunder by letting their imagination run wild and coming up with this ridiculous account of Mohammad’s Space Odyssey, without even a space suit.

Moreover, in the verse 6:103, the Qur’an says Allah’s personality is infinite and no finite entity does have the intellectual capacity to encompass His unique personality.

‘He is beyond the grasp of human understanding and vision, but He encompasses the vision or perceptive capability of every person’s mind, through His superior and detailed micro and macro mode of communication system.’

HOW DOES ALLAH RESPOND TO THE PLEAS, REQUESTS OR, PETITIONS OF HIS MESSENGERS?

Some examples of Add’ya [plural]  or entreaties, made by a few magnificent Messengers of Allah recorded in the Qur’an along with His answers, are presented below, to show what is it all about:

1. Noah’s petition or Dua

His plea or Dua  that his adversaries are gaining strength, endangering his life and that of his companions: thus, Allah may help them. [54:10]

O’ my Nourisher! My enemies are becoming stronger, please assist me against them.’

Allah’s response:

Noah, go ahead and build an ark under Our supervision!  [11:36]

‘Noah, build an ark, in accordance with Our Law of Buoyancy, and migrate to the city of Judi [a fertile hilly tract] in order to protect yourself and your buddies.’

2. Abraham’s appeal or Dua

O’ my Sustainer! Make Ka’bah an international city and a sanctuary for the oppressed nations of the world!’

Allah’s response:

Abraham, set out your elder son on his way to rebuild the Ka’bah, in your old age. It would be a splendid sacrifice, on your part, for the establishment of Allah’s divine system. [37:106-107]

‘Indeed it was a great personal trial for him, and We directed him to make an illustrious and magnificent sacrifice.’

3. Zachariah’s request or Dua :

‘He expressed to Allah his earnest desire to have children. In addition, he requested his Nurturer to bestow upon him a son, who would be the leader of his community and inherit the Book.’

*

‘In addition, he beseeched his Sustainer, “My Rabb [Sustainer], don’t let me die, before blessing me with a successor. You can give all of us, the best inheritance. Everything is proceeding well with respect to your laws of accountability.’

Allah’s response:

Allah embodied His response in the verse 21:88.

‘We responded to his request and bestowed upon him the gift of Yahya [John] by getting his wife’s infertility problem cured.’

In view of the in-depth examination and lexicographic analysis of the term Dua  presented above, it must now be vividly apparent that this word does not, in any shape and forms denotes the current compulsory five times a day supplication or, praying. Therefore, the essence of the expression Dua  lies in the fact that if one desires something to happen, it won’t happen on its own. It needs intelligent thinking, smart planning, and superb execution to achieve the desired results. Thorough knowledge of Allah’s physical, chemical, and biological laws is essential for any worthwhile project to be undertaken.

Here a pertinent example is of the people, who decided to visit, Earth’s satellite Moon. They planned for years, considering every aspect of this trip in the outer space, where no one had ever ventured before. Then they built the proper space vehicle, tested it thoroughly, and then went on a return trip of the rocky neighbor. This whole process falls under the wider meanings of the term Dua .

The exact and to the point translations of the verses 42:26 and 50:16 are given below:

Allah accepts pleas of the people who engage in continuous struggle for establishing peace in a society and work for its development. He bestows upon them ample bounties, blessings and much more, as a reward for their consistent efforts. Our laws of requital will chase those people consistently, who hide the truth embodied in Our laws. On account of their rejection of of Our commandments, their society would face severe punishment.’

The exposition of the verse 50:16 runs as follows:

‘Humans think that Allah does not know, whatever one is doing secretly, and no one is going to question about it. In fact, this is the reasoning of an insalubrious mind, which is unaware of the fact that We let the entire species evolve in billion of years, to its current shape and form, with the built-in liability system. None of them can hide any secrets from Our accountability setup. Based on that system, We know what are one’s innermost thoughts. We decipher even whispers, and decode whatever transpires in one’s mind. We are closer to each one of them [through Our numerous powerful sources] than one’s Jugular vein.’

Q-8 What does ‘Seven Heavens’ mean in context of the Holy Qur’an?41:9 and11

A-8 The most appropriate translation of above verse be would be as follows.

‘We evolved innumerable [not only seven] worlds or We completed the cosmic designing and creation in two distinct ‘stages’ [from the primordial raw material, hydrogen; [41:10] and imparted physical, chemical and biological laws to each one for the best utilization with respect to its functioning and control. We have adorned the skies with shining stars [esthetic aspect of the creation] to present a magnificent spectacle, especially at night, to the human eye, instead of leaving there a horrifying deep void. They are secured in their orbits [by the ‘G’ force] and the entire universe is perfectly designed with respect to its immense expanse, through the application of Our ubiquitous and immutable laws.’

Tabulation, according to the Qur’anic math, six phases, segments or stages emerge; two time frames for the evolution of earth and the rest of the cosmos and four independent periods for the development of life on earth, in its present form and inestimable other habitable planets. The total works out to be: 2+4=6.

Its creator, keeping in view the general comprehension level its readers, has presented the text of the Qur’an in a very popular and easily understandable format. Naturally, this Book is meant for the guidance of its common recipients and not the so-called exponents, who have been incorporating their own ideas for the explanation of verses, especially among the vast Arabic illiterate populace.

Allah has touched upon the subject of creating cosmos in many verses, but the most expressive, regarding the subject matter, are 7:54, 10:3,11:7, 25:59, 32:4, 50:38 and 57. These verses bear witness to the fact that this gargantuan task was completed in six stages. The Qur’an has repeatedly stressed upon the six stages of creation and in the verses enumerated above, this subject has been    specifically discussed seven times in varying but exquisite, linguistic expressions, making it very easy for every Arabic literate person to comprehend

Q-9:

Would you consider Sura Al- Fatihah the foundation and essence of the Qur’an. The sura is considered as a Dua and the rest of the Qur’an as Allah’s answer to it.

A-9:

The Islamic priesthood has, unnecessarily, attached many non-Quranic adjectives to Surah Al-Fatihah like, Umm-ul-Qur’an [mother of the Qur’an], Al-kaffa [the sufficient], Al- Kans [the real treasure], and Asoul-ul-Qur’an [tenets of the Qur’an].

In Sahaih Bakhari, a compilation of fictitious Ahadith in the name of Mohammad, by his worst Iranian adversaries, this Surah carries the title of Fatiha -al-Kitaab, or the opening chapter of the book.

According to a tradition quoted by Abu–Saeed, Surah Al-Fatihah is also known as Surah Al- Shafa [chapter with healing powers], and Surah Al- Asass [the very base of the Qur’an].

Pertaining to the importance of Surah Al- Fatihah, Abu Saeed also described this Surah as a basic remedy for the external and internal syndromes of the humankind.

There is another tradition related by Ubayy Bin Ka’ab according to which Surah Al-Fatihah is the most excellent chapter of the Qur’an.

He further adds that Surah Al- Fatihah possesses healing powers for countless human ailments.

[Comment: The Muslim Ummah is really obtuse that goes to doctors for medical treatment, and gets admitted in hospitals to be cured of so many medical conditions. All Muslim countries should save millions of dollars by making the recitation of this Surah mandatory, when their citizens get sick and take maximum advantage of this ‘free gift’ of Allah. They should, right away, scrap their Health Ministries, close every hospital, and send all doctors home, forever. Who needs them? What a ridiculous Muslim theocratic eccentricity, based upon unauthenticated Traditions?]

Ubayy Bin Ka’ab [who is this character, anyways] also enumerated additional healing and medicinal characteristics of Surah-Al-Fatihah, a few of which are mentioned below for the benefit of the ignorant and imprudent believers, to take advantage of this ‘Free Al-Fatihah Medical Therapy.’

·        If a wasp or, a scorpion stings some one, and even in the event of snakebite, the remedy is very simple. Apply fresh saliva to the affected area, with the simultaneous recitation of Surah Al- Fatihah! The pain will soon vanish and the scorpion poison or, even the snake venom will not do any harm to the patient.

[Comment: Because the victim will die soon, and will become ‘safe’ for all eternity.]

·        Recitation of Surah Al- Fatihah, from the core of one’s heart [has the clergy invented an instrument to measure that stipulation], protects such a person from the curse of an evil eye. In addition, it wards off the malevolence of demons and jinnat.

[Comment: The Qur’an does not recognize these forces in that particular context; in that case Surah Al- Fatihah is safeguard against what?]

·        If one repeatedly recites Surah Al- Fatihah 41 times during the Morning Prayer, one’s poverty will change into surplus with ample prosperity.

[Comment: Perhaps Ummah is following the above formula and that is why a vast majority is ‘enjoying’ abject poverty. The Qur’an condemns such quick fix and non-practical ‘formularies.’

·        Again, recitation of Surah Al- Fatihah 41 times during the Morning Prayer transforms a physical wreck into a healthy, and a wealthy individual.

[Comment: This kind of superstition, pertaining to the verses of the last revelation, is not only an affront, but also an outrageous comment against the charter, embodied in that book.]

[Mulana Abdul Sattar Shaab, Muhhaddis Dehlavi & Sheikh-ul- Ahadith, Mudrsa Arabia Islamia, Karchi, Pakistan, Muffasser of the Qur’an [P. 2].

Iranian Ahadith writers, like Bukhari, and Muslim have also enumerated various advantages and positive aspects of Surah Al- Fatihah. According to the Ahadith cited below, recitation of Surah Al- Fatihah is essential during the prayers and supplications, and is a fountainhead of tremendous blessings for the faithful.

·        In the four Rakat Fard [nowhere indicated in the Qur’an] only Fatihah is compulsory to be recited in the last two Rakats. [B1: 413, 743; M1: 245, 909]

·        The Qur’an is recited in every prayer. Do it loudly or silently, as the Prophet did!  Fatihah alone is sufficient, but if other Surahs are read, it is even better. [B1: 410, 739; M1: 218,780]

·        Recite Surah Fatihah inaudibly, behind an Imam. [AD1: 209, 820, 805]

·        Al- Falaq and Al –Nass are the two best Surahs of the Qur’an. [AD1: 383, 1457]

·        The Prophet openly admits, “Sura Fatihah is much more dazzling than the rising Sun.” Anas recounts, “It relates to the treaty of Hudaibiya. Prophet recited it on the day of the conquest of Mecca.” [B6: 342, 357, 359, 532; B5: 343, 490, 494, 578]

·        If one recites Surah Fatihah in every prayer, along with some of the last verses of Al-Baqara, one would be amply reward. [M2: 386, 1760, 1761]

·        Receitation of Fatihah is essential in every Rakat.* Though it is sufficient by itself, yet additional reading of other Surahs makes the Nimaz much better. [M1: 217, 779 & 780]

*[A independent unit of Muslim prayer, consisting of first Qyyam standing straight up, second Rak’u, kneeling down, palms holding the knees, and third Sajjda lying prone with a difference; body raised up and supported on forehead, palms, (with bent arms) and knees; with thighs rising straight up.]

[Comment: Nimaz or supplication, which is not even a part of the charter or, Constitution of the Qur’an, got its induction as a ritual at the close of the 3rd century Higra, when Al-Deen degenerated into the ‘religion Islam.’ Both Sunni and Shi’ah Imams from Iran did the dirty work of preparing ground for this wicked transformation. From that time onwards, more and more rites and customs made inroads on the basis of the fabricated Ahadith and conjured up Sunnah. Unfortunately, over a millennium, Nimaz has turned into a habitual syndrome. It is on the same footing, as compulsive liars, who can’t live without telling lies or thieves, who do not even spare people praying in the mosque and walk off with nice footwear belonging to some supplication enthusiast.]

It seems adequate here, to review the views of some early and contemporary commentators of the Qur’an, about Surah Al- Fatihah or, the very first chapter.

·        It is called Al- Hamd, As- Salah and all prayers begin with this chapter.

[Ibn Kathir, Taffseer.]

·        This chapter comprises of Allah’s praise or benediction for humanity or, Allah’s invocation and blessing upon his people.

[Sir Syed Ahamd Khan, Tafseer- ul-Quran.]

·        It must be kept in mind; the form given to this chapter is that of incantation and is going to be an integral part of daily Muslim prayers. He further added the purpose of this chapter is to provide every Muslim an easy and understandable, but a concise version of the Qur’an, which can be freely recited during the daily prayers. The intention has always been to remind every Muslim the basic concept of one’s belief or spiritual ideology, and to follow up the program of righteousness.

[Mawlana Abdul Kalam Azad, The opening chapter of the Quran; Surah Al- Fatihah.]

·        It is mandatory to recite this chapter in every supplication. Its recital is Wajib [compulsory] for both the Imam and the individual participating in the prayer.

[Maulana Shah Ahamad Raza khan, The Holy Quran.]

·        Surah –Al- Faithah is the source of success for the entire humanity.

[Ali Ahamd Khan Danishmand Jahellandry, Asan Quran Majeed.]

·        Allah bestowed upon Maseeh-e-Mouood [promised Messiah] special and unique knowledge of this chapter. For this very reason, Hazart authored the exposition of this chapter in Arabic.

[Hadrat Mirza Tahir Ahamd, Quran-e- Kareem.]

·        This Surah is an integral part of the institutional prayers of Islam.

[Published under the auspices of Hadrat Mirza Tahir Ahamd, the fourth successor of the promised Messiah; edited by Mailk Ghulam Farid, The Holy Quran.]

·        Al-Salat [the prayer] signifies the chapter that forms a perfect prayer      and is an integral part of the institutional Prayers of Islam.

[Published under the auspices of Hazart Mirza Tahir Ahmad, The Holy Quran.]

·        This chapter is only for supplication and is an essential part of every prayer, whether performed in an assembly or individually.’

[Maulana Muhammad Ali, The Holy Quran .]

·        Prayers are incomplete without recitation of Surah Al- Fatihah.’

     [Abdul Karim ASRI, Tafseer Urwat-ul-Wusqa.]

·        ‘This chapter is a kind of prayer, and if you want to get real benefits out of this Surah, then you should pray to God.’

Abul Ala- Moudoodi, Tafeem -ul- Qur’an.]

·        It is an essential part of all prayers.

[Hameed Nasim, Tarif –ul- Qur’an.]

·        In this chapter the God has taught an excellent and exalted prayer to His people for the straight path, which takes His people to the best goal of life.

[Late Ali Ahmad Khan Jallandhari, The Glorious Holy Quran.]

·        These seven verses form a complete unit by themselves, and are   recited in every prayer and on many other occasions.

[Allama Abdullah Yusuf Ali, The Holy Quran.]

·        ‘These seven verses are the revolutionary constitution of Allah, which He revealed to Mohammad in order to solve the problems of the entire humanity.’

[Maulana Mohammad Ali Rasool Puri, Tafsee-ul-Qur’an-bil- Qur’a; verses 1:1-7 is a gift of God to us establish for contacting Him through the daily prayers.

Rashad Khalifa God Messenger of the Covenant, The Qur’an, the final testament

·        This chapter is used for worshipping Allah alone and for this reason this Surah has been formulated as a prayer, to be constantly repeated and reflected upon by the believers.

[Muhammad Asad, The Message of the Quran.]

·        This is the opening chapter of the Quran, and it has seven oft-repeated verses.’

[Khwaja Ahamd Deen, Tafseer bayyan –un- Nass.]

·        Surah –Al- Fatihah is the essence of the whole Qur’an, and its seven   small verses constitute the preface of the Qur’an.

Allam Ghulam Ahmed Parwez, Muta- le- bal-Furqan.

Above are the comments of different prominent commentators of the Qur’an about Surah –Al –Fatihah. All of them, except a couple have brazenly endorsed Ibn-e-kathir’s viewpoint, together with that of Ahadith from Muslim and Bukhari. Every Hadith relating to Surah-Al-Fatihah, carries the same message; this is just a Dua for worshipping Allah. It has also been approved for Muslims, as a perfect prayer and for that very reason it constitutes an integral part of all ‘authenticated’ Islamic prayers.

In order to verify the claims of Ahadith writers, along with the assertions of various commentators of the Qur’an pertaining to the status of Surah-Al- Fatihah, as a Dua or not, it is imperative to approach the Qur’an.

Almost all of the above-mentioned pundits of the Qur’an have been guilty of the offence that they replicated the so-called Iranian Imam Ibn-e-Kathir with blindfolds in place. They did the same to the Tafaseer [translations] of other alleged Imams and heavily depended upon the crap literature coming from Iran in the form of Ahadith and Sunnah. Since they did not take the trouble of doing research on their own for finding the real purpose of its revelation, they kept on borrowing the Iranian false stories and anecdotes of Iranian customs together with rituals of worshiping, over the real message of the Quran.

In the verse 25:33, the Qur’an condemns the concept of Dua or, supplication and praying, and gives the solution to unveil the pure message of the Qur’an from the heavy and thick deposits of almost 1000 volumes of fake Tafasir [expositions of the Qur’an with the help of traditions]. The Iranian Imams perpetuated this systemic conspiracy with the creation of disgusting Fiqah, fake Sunnah, man-made Shariah, phony Traditions, Trash Iranian Ahadith [all attributed to the exalted persona of Mohammad] along with tones of other bogus interpretations, anecdotes and fables.

The Qur’an vehemently denies the belief in Dua or prayer by Aimmah or, by individuals. It also rejects the competence of saints to perform miracles, Karamat and Kashf. The Qur’an explains this absolute reality with an example of a thirsty person, who is sitting just a couple of feet away from the bank of a river. He stretches out his hands and asks Allah to perform a miracle for him; the water should rise up on its own and get into his mouth, without any effort on his part. Now that is not going to happen, because of Allah’s principle of gravity. It is evident that until and unless he does not act in accordance with that particular law, water shall never reach his mouth, even though he may keep on praying for millions [a figurative number] of years. [13:16]

‘The tenets of the Qur’an rest upon fundamental veracities. People, who wish their efforts to produce projected constructive results, should follow Allah’s directives, while those who call upon forces, other than Allah, never get any response. The latter are like the thirsty person, who implores Allah to make water rise up and reach his mouth, on its own volition. It is, however, never going to happen, as this very act defies Allah’s Gravitational Law. Only those efforts bring about good results that are made in accordance with Allah’s prescribed principles. Simply making earnest pleas to Allah, or to the forces other than Allah, constitute futile efforts.’

To obtain splendidly meaningful tenets of the Qur’an, Allah presents clear-cut directions in the verse 25:33, for comprehending [not using it for Dua] the Qur’an, without any outside help.

‘They [the opponents of Mohammad] can never produce a book like this. Allah used proper Arabic language for the Qur’an to ensure easy comprehension of the text. Additionally, the syntax is very pleasant and the format is not only rhythmic but also rhyming, with fine poetic touches. Allah is the best commentator of this Book and no extraneous material is ever required to explain the context.’

In the verse15: 87, Allah clarifies to Mohammad, “We have endow you with the most practical charter [not Dua or supplication] in the form of the Qur’an, which revolves around the seven verses of Surah Al- Fatihah.”

Allah declares the constitution, the Qur’an presents, is free of all ambiguities and, therefore, does not require any extraneous source, in the form of Ahadith, to understand it. [2:2]

‘This constitution is free of all types of confusions, misgivings and defects.’

The Qur’an further proclaims that this charter has been provided by the Sustainer, Who has created the entire universe. [96:1]

Run of the mill translation of this verse is as follows:

Read in the name of your Lord, who created everything?’

The right translation is as follows:

‘Mohammad, go ahead and make a declaration to the whole wide world; Allah is the Creator and Sustainer of every single animate and inanimate entity throughout the cosmos!’

The translation of the word Rabb as a Lord is awfully off the mark. Invariably all commentators of the Qur’an have reached the conclusion that the word Iqra  is an equivalent of ‘to read.’ However, this word has been frequently employed in the terms of a general proclamation or a public announcement.

Though the word Iqra  usually implies ‘to read,’ it also means a universal proclamation, an open declaration or, a public statement. Thus the appropriate meaning of the word Iqra  in this particular situation and context is not only ‘to read,’ but the real stress is on the active and authoritative verbs, ‘to proclaim’ or ‘to say publicly.’

In the verse, 96:3, Allah commands Mohammad to affirm overtly that this Charter is a symbol of equality, brilliance, distinction, and is the source of nourishment for the entire humankind.

‘Mohammad, make a public declaration that Allah’s rules of nourishment, applicable within the entire universe, are bountiful, excellent and equitable!’

Q-10 Do humans have a ‘free-will’ or is everything predestined. If predestined then why the judgment as per the Qur’an.

A-10

THE QUR’AN AND THE FREEDOM OF CHOICE

The Qur’an makes it abundantly clear; every individual enjoys freedom of choice, and has full liberty, either to accept or reject any idea, concept or, way of life, utilizing the innate wisdom and ability to differentiate between right and wrong. This is also true with the constitution of the Qur’an, which can get a positive response or a negative one.

In the verse 7:19, Allah presents this exquisite notion of personal freedom in an elegant manner.

‘When the human beings finally reached [after 2.5 billion years of evolution] the status of Adam [a social entity, way above the closest primates] Allah advised the new species, “You are free to dwell anywhere on this earthly paradise and have complete independence to work and eat, wherever you want on this lovely planet.

But there are certain limits you must respect in order to protect your social setup from the adverse effects of too much freedom.

The humans belong to a single genus and constitute an extensively   large family, which must never divide into different groups or parties, with the end result of conflicts and dissensions amongst you. You must evenly distribute the sources of wealth on this planet, in accordance with Allah‘s Fiscal Policy, to satisfy every one’s needs. If there is a clash of interest amongst you, in that case your paradise on earth shall turn into a burning hell. Anarchy, pandemonium or, even mayhem may become order of the day.’

The Qur’an, in the verse 41:40, enunciates an excellent definition of freedom or that of the free choice, but it also stipulates a condition of voluntarily self-imposed restrictions to introduce checks and balances in the society. Unlimited liberty in any social setup means its total destruction, which beats the very purpose of freedom in the first place.

‘You have complete freedom of choice and you may select any way of life you want. But Allah’s system based upon eternal code is watching your every move and results of your action shall be compiled upon the basis of our infinite knowledge.’

Additionally, Allah comes out very clearly in the verse [35:1]; He established His set of laws and rest assured, He shall honor them, without any change, whatsoever.

‘Certainly, Allah has established rules and regulations for every eventuality, within this universe and beyond. With the assistance of His immutable rules, He keeps a close watch, what goes on around? With the repetition of the same verse 35 times in the Qur’an, He assures every one; His laws are irreversible and there shall be no change in various limits imposed by Him for any one.’

Mohammad, addressing the whole world 1,400 years ago in Mecca, proclaimed, “This Qur’an is the truth coming down from your Sustainer. Hence, whoever wants to accept or reject this code of conduct is free to do so, but before making any choice, each individual must use its intelligence and perception to make the right choice.” [18:29]

Their response was very simple; they would follow the path of their ancestors. [2:170]

‘In response to the above declaration, they came up with a simple answer, “We would follow the path of our forefathers and keep on doing, whatever they did.” What an unintelligent line of reasoning; their irrational ancestors were not on the right path.’

Allah suggests, do not follow the Qur’an without complete comprehension! [25:73]

‘Allah accepts those people as real Muslims, who avoid adopting every commandment of the Qur’an, without complete understanding and comprehension, but use their innate intelligence and analytical logic for accepting or rejecting it.’

There is no room for the idiosyncrasies of such blockhead dimwits, and morally corrupt individuals.

The human mind is a witness of the absolute reality that every individual can instill wonderful equilibrium and commendable balance in its persona by adhering to Allah’s directives, as He has equipped every human being with the potential of self-destruction, as well as self-construction. Each individual possesses two choices, either to go for the first option or to get rid of it, by nourishing the second one and developing it to the highest level possible, utilizing the innate analytical prowess and impartial thinking. A person who really accomplishes that feat [by following the natural laws coupled with the Qur’anic principles] through his wonderful behavior is the real winner. Naturally, the one who destroys one’s persona through wrong pursuits, experiences personal failures, at every step of the way.’

Allah respects human right of freedom, by enunciating the directive, “No coercion, whatsoever, is required for the acceptance of the divine social order.”

‘Despite the fact that Allah possesses unlimited power, yet He has no desire to enforce the divine social order, embodied in the Qur’an, on this planet or on other extraterrestrial life forms, by compulsion. It is against his plan of independent development and progressive approach. Indubitably, He clearly indicated the right and the wrong paths and then left humans free to come up with their own choice. Whoever forcefully rebels against the Qur’an or chooses to adopt the right path by rejecting oppressive powers, is making a definite decision. The one who has made the correct selection has indeed grabbed the trustworthiest hand, which shall never break away. This is the promise of Allah, Who possesses the best documentation system, in lieu of His unlimited knowledge.’ [8:29, 90:10, and 76:3]

In the verse 4:137, the Qur’an states, ‘The people who quit implementing the code of the Qur’an in their daily lives [through the establishment of some government], shall neither find protection from Allah’s judicious system, nor shall they ever find the right path to build a happy life.’

‘Those, who first accepted Islam [started struggling for the establishment of a peaceful society based upon the constitution of the Qur'an], then went back and joined the opposite camp [non-Muslims], once again turned around to become a part of the Muslim Ummah, but left one more time and then grew stubborn in their denial of the truth; such type of people shall neither be protected from the Laws of Allah, nor they shall ever find the right path. They shall plunge deeper into ignorance and ignominy.’

Therefore, according to the above verse of the Qur’an, you are free to accept or reject the commandments of the Qur'an. Additionally, there is no capital punishment for any Muslim, who wants to rescind his allegiance to Allah and the Qur’an. Every one has full liberty either to belong to the Muslim community or go the other way. There is complete freedom of choice for every Muslim to become Hindu, Christian, Jew or an agnostic; whatever suits someone’s palate of belief.

Death penalty for an apostate is the fabrication of the Islamic priesthood and Iranian Imams. They invented the term ‘apostate’ and injected it into the Islamic Shariah, with a view to keep a firm hold on their respective sects and dissuade their followers from wandering away or changing sides, due to the hanging sword of decapitation over their heads. This concept is, however, alien to the Qur’an and is nothing more than an erroneous belief.

However, in defiance to your unwarranted and unsubstantiated accusations, the Qur’an states in the verse 5; 32:

‘If one kills a person without a just cause, it shall tantamount to the killing of the whole humanity. Conversely, if one saves the life of a single person, it shall be like saving the entire humankind.’

The Qur’an, contradicting the Islamic priesthood’s point of view, states in the verse 17:70:

‘Certainly, every individual [regardless of race, religion, color and nationality] on this planet is equally honorable, as far as Allah is concerned. Unquestionably, the noblest amongst you from Allah’s standpoint is the one, who obeys Allah’s commandments for the establishment of a peaceful and prosperous society in this world.’ [49:13]

Jews can be Jews by birth and so can be Christians, but it is different with Muslims. They have to learn the Qur’an and understand the verses without any help from synthesized Sunnah, fabricated Ahadith, and mixed-up Fiqah. Since the Muslims have given up the right of choice, they are in the hellhole. Jews and Christians have become secular, because their revelations have become extinct, millennia ago.

The concept of foreordination of everything by Allah or, belief in one’s luck is Iranian addition to the Qur’an; this is an alien plant sowed in the soil of Islam.

The Qur’an regards human ingenuity and perseverance with high esteem and considers these qualities essential for revving up the human evolutionary development. As mentioned above, every member of this community works diligently according to its knowledge, training and skill, but this effort is not made only for personal gains or benefits; the overall social improvement and betterment of others remains to be the major goal of every person. [53:39]

‘In that society, one works to the best of one’s ability [giving one’s best shot, as per American slang] and is rewarded in accordance with the efforts made.’

Naturally, under the ethics of work defined above, none would like to be on welfare. It would be tantamount to degrading one’s public status in the progressive society and no one would like to be labeled as a social outcast or a communal parasite, as Mullahs are.

Q-11:

Is the Qur’anic message outdated, does it need updating or, is for all times?

A-11

The charter of the Qur’an is based upon immutable realities, which have withstood the test of time. The basic social, economical and communal needs of the people remain the same, and never change; it means the code governing all these essential requirements should also defy any amendment, whatsoever.

The Qur’an provides a constitution to form a government, wherein there are neither rulers nor ruled. Now what is the need to change such a people friendly code of conduct? Moreover, if the legislated charters have been in effect for centuries and are still going on strong in various countries, then what is the need to even think about transforming or modifying the eternal laws of the Qur’an?

The problem is that the modern Muslim clergy does not understand the Qur’an, as it was understood in the time and life of Mohammad, though they claim to be the real inheritors of the last revelation. At that time there were no Ahadith, Sunnah, Traditions and Fiqah to distract the followers of Allah’s word.

Now the Mullah mafia is intermixing all kinds of nonsense coming in the form of Iranian fabrications, which emerged about 250 to 300 years after the demise of Mohammad. It is pure and unadulterated ignorance, which is responsible for current chaos, within the Ummah.

The Muslim priesthood is looking for truth in the junk Iranian literature, which is uncontaminated filth. The Qur’an in the form of its constitution presents the real Islam, which is for all times to come. To give credence to this point of view, Allah declares that since the creation of this universe, no one has pin pointed even a single defect in its formation or functioning. Same is also true with the message bestowed upon Mohammad. [67:3]

‘Allah has created innumerable independent celestial entities, which are bound to one another through strongly interactive, but invisible gravitational forces. The entire cosmos is so well balanced and functioning in such a perfect manner that no one shall ever discover any flaw or, imperfection in its operation. Rahamn brought the universe into existence from nothing, for the very first time, through a spontaneous change [scientifically recognized as big bang]. You may look at our handiwork [even through the most powerful instruments like Hubble telescope or, others] again and again, but rest assured every time you do so, your gaze shall get tired and return without even touching the outer reaches of our creation.’

The constitution of the Qur’an possesses the following built-in qualities:

1-    It is a complete code for the benefit of common people.

2-    Being easily understandable, this document completely satisfies the innate common sense of human beings [as no rituals are associated with it].

3-    It is free of all contradictions and inconsistencies.

4-    It is free of the limitations of time and space and its eternal articles are immutable.

5-    Despite innumerable conspiracies against the divine set of rule, these are still free of any change of text or syntax.

6-    The divine social order has nothing to do with religion, practiced by a vast majority of Arabic illiterate Muslims and enforced by the Muslim clergy.

In view of the facts presented above, the Qur’an, Allah’s word exists in its original form and presents a constitution that can solve all human problems, and create tangible paradise, right here on this Earth. The only stipulation is that it must be implemented by an impartial and human friendly group of people, who are free of the common weakness of personal gratification in the form of power and wealth. The current Muslim regimes in all 57 Muslim countries are totally unfit for this noble assignment, as they are all filthy power hungry monsters, which usurp their citizen’s rights for satisfying their own wishes, through the enforcement of their own agenda.

Presented below are a few articles from this marvelous code to give the reader an idea of its unique set of laws:

1. HUMANITY

·        Every human being is equally honorable in the sight of Allah, irrespective of color, creed, race, nationality and gender. [17:70]

·        The noblest amongst you and closest to Allah is the one, who possesses the best conduct. [49:13]

·        All of you are graded in accordance with the extent of your contributions for the coming generations. [46:19]

·        Humankind is a single family! [2:213]

2. HUMAN PERSONALITY

None has the authority to bypass or impede Allah’s clear-cut commands. They are to be followed without exception or reservation, to implement the intention and the contention of the language.

·        Anyone committing a crime is doing so against one’s own self. [4:111]

·        No one bears the burden of anyone else. [53:38]

3. FREEDOM

Islam out rightly condemns personality cult and hero worship. It is, therefore, completely against Allah’s ground rules for any Messenger like Mohammad or Jesus to come forward and ask the people to glorify him. [3:78]

‘In the Qur’anic state, the fundamental principle applicable is that any person, even the most high ranking Messenger, whom Allah has given His eternal code, together with wisdom, judgment and means to enforce it, has no right to command the people, “Bow down to me and obey me instead of Allah.” The conduct of such a person would be completely contrary to what the above lines carry. In fact that person should advise them, “Submit yourselves completely to the charter that Allah has presented to you in the Book you study and teach others and establish a system for the sustenance of the whole humankind.”

4-JUSTICE

According to the Qur’an, justice is the responsibility of the state and must be immediately available to every individual, without any cost, especially to the plaintiff. [5:80]

The truth must never be concealed on purpose or knowingly falsified. [2:42]

Testimony must be straightforward, based on what the person has witnessed. Withholding parts thereof or concealing the material evidence is an offence called ‘obstruction of justice.’ [2:283]

Judge the people in accordance with Allah’s judicial system and you shall never be on the side of the criminals. [5:105]

On the witness stand, forget about self-implication and come out with the truth, whether it hurts you, your parents or relatives, irrespective of their financial situation. [4:135]

5-DIVINE SOCIAL ORDER

·        We have packed this planet with ample resources, which shall prove to be sufficient for you and all of your coming generations.’ [6:152]

·        Whatever commodity inclusive of grain, livestock or currency you think is over and above your personal needs, hand it over to the government for the benefit of other people. [2:219]

The Qur’an does not even touch upon the concept of 2.5% Zakat on the personal income or savings of an individual. This despicable insertion, during the Abbasid period, was a sheer contradiction of the basic fiscal tenet of the last revelation. The capitalist mentality of the rich Muslim rulers, traders and their cohorts at the time of Caliph Haroon-Rasheed, with the collusion of the Muslim clergy, came up with this ingenious idea to squirrel away their personal assets. Mohammad never paid any Zakat till the last day of his life on earth and this detestable intervention contradicts the real Sunnah of Mohammad.

It is the responsibility of the administration, based on the system of divine social order, to provide people with all their common needs like housing, free education, free health care, jobs and other amenities of life. [22:41]

6-SUBSERVIENT NATURAL FORCES

Allah has made all natural reserves and forces subservient to humankind on this planet. It is, therefore, incumbent upon you to get hold of the abundant wealth hidden within the earth’s crust for the utilization of the entire human race. Make sure that it is not restricted to a few hands, families, nations or countries. Every person should be a beneficiary of the earth’s resources and must receive an adequate share and you must ensure that it happens in a justified manner. [45:13, 13:17 and 2:29]

7-THE FORM OF GOVERNMENT

The government based upon the Qur’anic constitution stands distinctly differentiated from all other systems of administrations in one particular aspect; it is not based on greed for personal or party power. The best people for the job at any level do not struggle on their own to get it at the expense of others, but are voluntarily brought forward by the masses, which are properly trained to render such crucial state services, through the teachings of the Qur’an. Unless that phase of the selective process is completed, Allah’s constitution can never be implemented.

However, it is neither the time nor place to put forward the working details of such a system, but it can be affirmed with full confidence and authenticity that such administrations did exist in the world, over millennia, even for relatively short durations. All apostles of Allah, including Mohammad, did establish these types of states, which worked very well during their lives and on their departure under the guidance of their close companions. Unfortunately, in every case, the innate human hunger for undivided power, with the connivance of the priesthood slowly changed the most humane system into despotic autocracy.

Founder of democracy Mr. Rousseau truly remarked:

‘The English people are never free, except on the day of election; as soon as the election is over, they become the slaves of the members of the Parliament.’

Presented above are a few articles of Allah’s constitution, exclusively prepared for the humankind. The whole document, being people friendly is a complete code for all times to come. As it fulfills the basic needs of the populace of all eras, no change shall ever be required. Truly, the divine social order is beyond the effect of time and space and shall never be subject to any change, whatsoever.

The Qur’an assures the humans; if they establish this system of government, the man-made legislations would become archaic and would be of no use at all. [9:33]

‘This constitution was bestowed upon Mohammad, for the utilization of the entire humanity and to replace the man-made systems, with the divine social order.’

Mohammad came and went like all mortal, but he successfully established the given system, which remained in effect for almost an entire century. When the last of his honorable companions left this world, then came up the generation of self centered, avaricious and terrible Muslims, who destroyed the wonderful administration, changed the people serving regulations, virtually enslaved the citizens and reinforced the rituals plus customs, which had been condemned by the Qur’an. All this happened with the active aid and abetment of the Muslim clergy.

Since that time, the real Islam has vanished and a conglomeration of absurdities, irrationalities and utter silliness has prevailed. That’s why Ummah is going down the drain, and despite being in sizable number is being pushed around by the powerful Western nations. They have 75 members in the UNO, but command no respect at all. Sectarian hatred and violence is the main pursuit, due to which thousands of innocent Muslims die every year.

The urgent need of the time is to reinstate and re-establish the same system of government that was functioning in the time of Mohammad and his stalwart associates. But the question arises, if this change is possible in the presence of the current ruthless autocrats, egotistical dictators and non-democratic heads of the sham democracies? It is potentially achievable, but would require the kind of effort that Mohammad and his buddies put in, on an exponential scale.

If nothing happens, then Allah’s natural laws, which are active in the universe, under the primordial principle of Cause and Effect, would be invoked by the Nourisher of the cosmos to set the things right. But in that case, humanity would have to suffer much more profoundly and for a very long period of time, because His one-day time is equal to our 10,000 or 50,000 of our years. [32:5]

‘When He plans and initiates any of His evolutionary process, He begins at the lowest level. Then, steadily, by passing through various stages of gradual and spontaneous evolutionary changes [with the application of physical, chemical, and biological rules], the ultimate product reaches the acme of perfection. Each phase or, stage of the evolutionary process sometimes requires 10,000 or, 50,000 of your earthly years.’ [22:27]

Note:

The common nomadic Bedouin did not have any concept of counting beyond thousands; that is why Allah limited the number to what they could easily recognize, as beyond that it was infinity for them.

The Qur’an puts forward two essential factors for achieving the height of success in any human social setup. [35:10]

‘The first fundamental constituent of this constitution is that it has a built-in potential to multiply the people and nourish them. The second ingredient involves the right attitude and impeccable activities of the community, which makes the complete implementation of this charter not only possible, but also perfect.’

Extending and elucidating this line of reasoning, the Qur’an further expounds that the constructive forces of Allah always triumph over the destructive elements within the universe. [21:18]

‘Through out this cosmos, the creative and constructive forces, based upon truth, continually triumph over the destructive forces of mendacity and eliminate them. We have not created this universe for the sake of entertainment, and it did not materialize or, came into existence, unintentionally.’

Q-12 What is your view on Halala marriage in light of the Qur’an?

A- 12 The nastiest and most degrading violation of Nikah is the institution of Halalah [the overnight marriage]. In American slang, it is equivalent to a ‘one night stand’ or fling.

According to the Islamic Shariah [Islamic law enforced by the priesthood], if a husband, addressing his wife announces thrice, “I divorce you,” in a burst of anger or in a calm, cool and collected manner, then his Nikah with her is over. She turns a stranger to him and cannot stay under the same roof with him. It is immaterial whether the husband feels sorry for his irrational outburst afterwards and wants to get his ex-wife back.

The verdict of the prevalent Shariah is final and absolute. If a husband did divorce his wife in the manner described above, then everything is over between them. They are no more husband and wife, and are sexually Haram or forbidden for each other, as they were before their Nikah. In other words, they are back to square one.

Under the Shariah, there is no provision for re-marriage as such. They cannot go out and marry again, as they did the first time.

The only remedy available and prescribed for such a situation is that woman should marry someone else for one night, go to bed with him and have the marriage properly consummated with the new husband. On the following morning, she gets a divorce from him of his own free will. She then goes back to her ex-husband and marries him again. This whole process is known as Halalah.

This arrangement for the reunion of a divorced couple is outrageous and unjustified in the sense that it punishes the wife for the stupidity and irrepressible behavior of her husband. The husband divorces her in the first place; she goes to a perfect stranger after Nikah to be sexually used or abused by him during the night, gets another divorce in the morning and comes back to the one, who divorced her in the first place. What a stupid arrangement is it and how cruel is this tradition?

Most of the good Muslims do not volunteer to provide this service of Halalah, because of the following reasons:

        If he is married, his wife will not let him go ahead and do so, either out of jealousy or his family would pressurize him to stay away from such an act.

        If he is unmarried, the society will be breathing down his neck and looking down upon him. His own marriage in future may fall into jeopardy, due to his tarnished image. Islam demands virginity from a husband too.

Under such difficult or maybe extremely pleasurable circumstances, the Muslim clergy, being fully conversant with the procedure, comes to the rescue and offers his services for a price. However, he often has A plan B ready for action, as it is not possible for him alone to handle the ‘heavy load’ of Halalah, without adequate physical support. He keeps handy a few well-hung hunks for this purpose. The Mullah, acting as an Islamic pimp, rewards them well for the services they render, after deducting his commission out of the total proceeds, paid in cash, up front by the cuckold of a husband. Besides charges for ‘servicing’ the woman, funds for extra expenses, such as food and rent of the place where this ‘religious’ ceremony takes place, are also required. After all, nothing comes free and there is a price for every service rendered and commodity changing hands.

Often serious problems develop during the performance of this ritual. The women sometimes do not want to go back to their previous husbands, due to the following reasons:

        The divorcee does not want to have anything to do with her previous, temperamentally unstable husband, who divorced her three times to put an end to their marriage for some trivial reason. Such a husband is usually abusive and the woman wants to get rid of him.

        The woman gets pregnant with her Halalah companion, because he does not divorce her the next morning, as he develops a liking for her and keeps on servicing her a few days or months more. Her ex-husband cannot do anything about it, as she is now legally married to her new spouse. Moreover, the Shariah prescribes strictly that the second husband should divorce her of his own free will, without any coercion.

        The Halalah partner turns out to be a real energetic lover, as compared to the previous one and the woman does not intend to get back to her former clumsy and nerdy bedfellow. She falls in love with him and persuades the current spouse not to divorce her, as she has made up her mind to live with him forever.

Then there are problems of the children from the first marriage:

        They lose their biological mother, if she does not return home on her own accord, or her current husband refuses to let her do so.

        If she was already pregnant at the time of this tragedy, but did not know about it, being in the initial stages, then that child would never finds out who was his real biological father. However, if the mother is sure about the parentage, she keeps her mouth shut, so the Halalah husband thinks this child is his own and not of the previous spouse.

The Muslim clergy created a colossal catastrophe for the mothers of Muslim Ummah by the wrong interpretation of the verse. [2:229-230] Who knows how many homes suffered terrible trauma because of this intended or inadvertent interpretation of the given aya to the situation of Halalah, which according to the Qur’an is a forbidden act?

‘If the first divorce becomes effective through either a court, a Muslim priest [Maulana] or by the mutual understanding of the parties, it is possible to finalize it right then and there and part their ways forever. Conversely, they can resume a marital relationship [under the authority of their current Nikah, or through a court or just by the mutual agreement of the people involved] before the expiry of Iddat [prescribed period for the maturity of divorce]. In accordance with Allah’s law, if matrimonial status is continued, but another or second divorce is declared, it is still permissible for the parties to either dissolve the marital bond on a permanent basis or renew their wedding once again.

However, if marital status is established the second time, but annulment goes into effect a third time, then the Nikah of such a couple stands canceled forever. They have been separated until the end of their days.’

There is only one way out of this predicament, which is as follows:

If that woman marries another man and it ends in a permanent divorce, then it is permissible for her to remarry her ex-hubby. These are the limitations imposed by Allah’s laws; follow them both in letter and in spirit, but whosoever disobeys them would be guilty of a grave crime in the sight of Allah. Termination of a marital bond, on a permanent basis, is a highly detestable and wicked act and should be given utmost consideration before taking any step in that direction.’

According to the Qur’an, there are four types of Iddat [waiting period] for women to marry again.

Those who menstruate should wait for three menstrual periods [almost three months] before marrying another man. The purpose of imposing this restriction is not to curtail a woman’s right to remarry anyone she likes, but to make sure whether she is pregnant or not. This provides an easy way to determine a child’s paternity. A woman who follows this provision of the law earns respect of the society and becomes reputable for her good conduct. Such women lay the foundation of a strong and honorable social environment. However, nowadays a divorcee can go for a pregnancy test; a negative result means she is not obligated to wait for three months. It is fair for her to get married right away. [2:228]

Menopausal women have no restriction of Iddat for them, because they are already beyond the childbearing age. [65:4]

If a divorcee discovers pregnancy, her Iddat continues until the birth of the baby. [65:4]

A divorced girl or woman, without marital consummation, requires no waiting period. [33:49]

The licentious and money-hungry Mullahs, who wanted to sexually enjoy as many women as possible and get paid for it, devised an ingenious way out for the men, who had divorced their wives under a momentary fit of rage and were desirous of uniting with them once again. The plan offered to such needy persons is as follows:

They advise the person, “If you want your divorced wife back with the intention of marrying her again, it can be arranged through a ‘one night stand’ type of sexual fling with another man who, following the pre-imposed stipulation, would divorce her as the very first thing the next morning.”

The intent and the plan of action for a divorcee’s retrieval is totally unacceptable, as no pre-stipulated divorce on the next morning or the next month or ever in the lifetime of a couple is permissible under the Qur’anic injunction presented above. Such a divorce not only destroys the accepted [Islamic] social norms, but also leaves the door wide open for promiscuity of the worst kind.

A divorcee has a right to marry a man of her choice after Iddat [if required] and is supposed to forget all about her ex-hubby right away. He would not exist for her anymore and remains out of her life until her last breath. That is why divorce is the most despicable but legally permitted act in the sight of Allah, because it destroys the basic unit called family, which is the most important element in any social setup.

Throughout the Book of Allah, constant advice given to the Muslims, in a repetitive form, is to regard divorce as the very last option or resort for ending a marital bond. It is also made imperative for a couple on the very brink of falling apart to consider and re-consider their final judgment before parting their ways. The Qur’an provides many opportunities for the spouses to rectify their differences and save their marriage, but once they waste that chance, they must face the consequences, without any recourse.

In the light of the Qur’anic injunction, the divorce should become binding only when it is administered in the presence of witnesses. This is simply like Nikah that takes place in the presence of witnesses and becomes binding on the couple. That is why it is essential to declare openly the names of the couple taking nuptial vows.

However, if a husband in a fit of rage or for some other reason divorces his wife, without the presence of any witnesses, it does not become effective at all and is not even applicable in their particular case. The status of the couple remains connubial within the definition of Allah’s marital code.
